1. the romance subplot between si yeong and yoon jeong was in fact in the manhwa! they get together many years down the line after yun jeong studies abroad and si yeong is in college, so that's why nothing really happened in the series since they don't show what happens to everyone years later. the show focuses on their first year, so their storyline wasn't very developed. there's actually a second gl couple in the manhwa, too!
2. yeah, it was pretty confusing, but all of it was a dream. pretty much like a perfect world scenario da un was having where everything was good and si won was happy.
3. i assumed that he whispered that he was gonna take up photography instead of filmmaking since he realized he loved camerawork but preferred people over stories. this is just my own thought, though, cause the film majors and movie plot were not in the manhwa. they were foreign affairs majors! lol
4. yes! the person playing the guitar was ji hoon, ba woo's childhood friend and first love. hoon accidentally outed ba woo without knowing and misunderstood when ba woo tried confessing his feelings and then ba woo misunderstood hoon's reaction and thought he had been rejected. after high school, ba woo ignored hoon's texts and never saw him again but then they meet again in college and cleared the air and hoon pursues ba woo until they finally get together!

coming back to spread more positivity for enchanté!! i've rewatched it again recently after being removed from it for a couple months and it remains one of my all time favorites!! the chemistry is top notch, the acting is good, and it's overall v cute. it may have fallen victim to the classic "everything goes to shit randomly" bl thing and also only having 10 eps instead of the usual 12, but i think it was executed well, the ending was cute, and i thoroughly enjoyed watching it. if you're not a fan of softer, cuter stories about childhood friends, this isn't for you, but that's not to say it isn't good. and suspend your disbelief a little! sometimes things that are bad irl aren't bad in fiction and can make for an interesting story. the plot and the twist aren't as bad as ppl make it out to be, just go with it like you do all other romcom hijinks. enchanté and akktheo have a v v special place in my heart and i highly recommend this show to romcom enjoyers. if you're looking for childhood friends to lovers with beautiful yearning and a great dynamic, this is it!! 💖💖
can someone explain the ending to me? the subs got me so confused, what was up with the prince guy and why do they live in the forest now?? 10/10 show, the subs are just v confusing.
