I don't think this drama is only for LJ. From the fansub map it looks like the person who picked it up usually uploads her subs on d-addicts.
As for the locked communities, most of them aren't that hard to join. I don't have an active LJ either but in the past week managed to get accepted into those comms that are subbing those arashi dramas. Most of those guys just want you to follow their rules and leave a comment when taking something.
After watching countless films where the police couldn't be any more incompetent if they tried, I was beyond impressed with them here, they covered all their bases. If I ever get kidnapped I want this team to save me ;)
It was so short yet I got so invested in Nishiwaki's life, just watching and hoping she doesn't end up doing something stupid against her better judgment
When I first read the news I had to check the date if it wasn't perhaps April 1 already. The director's ok but I'm always wary of shounen manga adaptations. Well, at least if they do the blond hair, Yamada Ryosuke is someone who looks good with it.
Thanks for the updates :)
Currently I'm watching Nietzsche sensei and probably after the last episode I'll check out the manga although I'm not much of a manga reader anymore.
Nana Komatsu is also in another manga LA this year "Oboreru Knife" with Suda Masaki.
Drama "Dias Police" is gonna air soon (followed by movie) with Matsuda Shota. I'm counting down the days for this one.
Also there's "Setoutsumi" later in the year and "I'm a Hero" in April
This drama is so freakin good, best drama out there right now! After watching episode 4, I hate the fact that…
You're thinking of the 2002 movie which is quite different than Dumas' book. In the original Albert was Mercedes and Fernand's son, not Edmond's (aka Black). Plus the movie erased the character of Haydee (Swan) who was the key to Edmond's revenge
