rushed typical "plot twist" (that is actually no plot twist at all cos we all expected it) ending. its not too bad but they ended it like how i wouldve expected them to. the rushed ending made the corporate and political corruption and also MC's back story arch feel redundant. in my opinion the MC's back story was the highlight of the drama but the ending ruined it a little for me. i know the production was probably left with few options since the show got cut short, but i feel like it wouldve been better if they dragged out the "main villain" arch a bit more - he kinda popped out of nowhere in the last few eps. otherwise it would have been better if the show was just a comedy law drama without any corruption nonsense.

Still don’t under stand why people think that a rushed ending will satisfy viewers.
Remember this is a drama where they’ve been building up the suspense for like half the show. I cant think of any viewer who would want or feel satisfied by a rushed ending.

I hate the fact that there’ll be season 2. If that’s the case they should’ve just kept it at 16 eps

A lot of people have complained about the plot going downhill so it got me a bit worried, but I just finished ep 11 and I think it was fine and the plot does seem to be progressing. I just have one concern, how the hell are they going to wrap up everything in 1 episode???

Tbh this shows plot overall is pretty bad. It just happens to be a tad bit better than some similar shows I’ve watched

Tbh it seems these days they like to make sequels or multiple seasons for popular shows so maybe you will get 24 eps after all?

i know the "flashback "plot is quite typical and cliche too like betraying your own father, corruption, and murder. however i think it was executed well. even though i knew what was going to happen, it some how still made me feel on edge? and the emotional scenes were well written and acted. also no spoilers pls if you are going to reply, ive only watched 8 eps! :)

kinda sad that his weird habits actually had a sad backstory. i cant believe they are the same two characters omg

the first few eps were ok but i was not super impressed or drawn by the story since it felt like every other law drama thats been produced recently, but damn i just finished ep 8 and i loved the "flashback" episodes that gave us jihoon's back story. these episodes have caught my attention so much so that the first 6 eps felt like filler eps

i watched it on youtube with the messed up subs but i understand a bit of chinese so that kinda supplemented the subs. also sometimes on youtube theres no audio lol. if i were you i would just watch a better show

Ep 15 was so anticlimactic. Not really a fan of how they wrapped up the main antagonist arch. Feels like they did too much but also too little

Yeah she’s been playing the same cheerful happy go lucky character for a while (which seems to be very much like her personality at least on variety shows). I love hee but I wanna see something different

Somehow all the coming of age teen rom coms like to go down this depressing ending route these days. Tbh they are like 16 experiencing first love, it’s not even that deep lol idk why someone had to die
