I invested too much time watching the first seven episodes, which were decent, that I was compelled to finish…
Tbh the drama’s focus seems to the focus on how the kidnap/murder affects the families of the victim rather than the act of kidnap/murder. But still they could have explain the murderer’s intention a little bit instead of just implying that the killer is just a bloodthirsty psycho

It’s pretty mid. Just a typical makjang melodrama I guess, nothing unique. It’s still entertaining though, but in a way you already know what’s gonna happen. There are loads of emotional scenes but I don’t feel emotionally attached to any of the characters. Like yeah the female lead is super pitiful and the evil powerful rich villain is really evil but that’s about it. Also idk why but the MCs really LOVE to whisper in emotional scenes?? Like why? your girl out here can’t here anything.🥴🥴 the plot twists go two ways in this drama,
1. You literally predicted this plot twist from ep 1
2. Plot twists just come from no where because the writers just decided we need a plot twist

I have a hunch TSM was in the car as they gave YW away. The car was so heavily tinted. I’m thinking that TSM…
Tbh I don’t think she’s evil. She had a baby when she wasn’t ready and seemed like she only kept the baby after being persuaded by young woo’s father. And even now she does not seem like she’ll act maliciously towards young woo in future episodes

am i the only one still enjoying this drama? i don't think it got boring or draggy, this is one of very few dramas…
Yes I agree because the focus of this drama is more on the emotional trauma of the victim/ victim families/ small town rather than the murder itself.

Finally caught up to ep 14, which in itself was a slow epsiode. Otherwise I think the pacing of this drama is fine. But just… the killer reveal was kind of anti climatic considering it’s like one of the main plot drivers. Is it just me ?

Buttttt i was definitely a lot more invested in this drama between ep 3-10

I’m on episode 8.

I started this thinking it was gonna be a cute rom com so I kinda hated the first two episodes and thought it was slow. When really it was because it turned out to not be rom com LOL. This drama is pretty dark actually. However from episode 3 (which was when I came to terms with the genre of the drama - thriller mystery with romance) I became quite invested in the show and in just a few hours I’m at episode 8.

I think the pacing so far has been great, though I’m not sure if it’s because I binged it. It’s pretty weak on the thriller aspect although the ending of each episode keeps me wanting more. So far so good I hope I continue to feel this way. I’m kinda wary though seeing some bad comments about the pacing

I hope you haven't totally given up on Thai BLs. There are some good ones out there. If you don't mind me suggesting,…
well I previously avoided Thai web series (not BL in particular it’s just Thai BLs are usually web series). but yes after finishing this drama I will be watching Thai BLs if they have good plot and quality

Still at episode 10 , haven't got to the part of obsession yet ! But even FLs actions are questionable I feel…
Tbh you are right the characters and the ploy don’t make much sense… I only survived this because the male lead is half naked every other episode if I’m being honest

ok wth... i stopped watching the show because of all the unnecessary drama and finally got back into it. but just…
decided to drop this after i saw how ep 13 ended. my patience has ran dry.

the show was pretty funny and light to watch in the first half. i liked the leads until they got together because they just got really boring and typical after that. the side characters are fun. i wish they focused more on the adventures of the stars, managers and PR team instead of attempting to add "plot". frankly i thought all "drama" surrounding tae sung was quite annoying, like just give him a break already lol. and just as i thought i knew everything about his misfortunes, more just pops up??

I dont think this was all bad. at first i was skipping the romance scenes after the leads got together, then i wanted to skip all the "unnecessary drama", until i realised that the parts i thought was unnecessary is essentially the entire drama now.

ok wth... i stopped watching the show because of all the unnecessary drama and finally got back into it. but just as one unnecessary drama gets resolved, another one pops up.
i really liked the earlier part of the drama cos it was so easy to watch. but now its just melodramatic and annoying
