Apparently ep 16 will air at 9.30 on 1st Jan. and in total the broadcast for the last two eps will last for 3h 35min. Wow, I think it’s longer than avengers end game. 🤣

This is gonna be a hell of a wait for the new ep. I’m gonna refrain from watching live because laggy streams really destroy the emotional experience for me HAHA. But damn how am I gonna wait an extra 2h for the raws to be uploaded on 1st Jan 👀

The red sleeve has lived rent free in my mind since the first few episodes but these past few episodes really leave a lingering feeling. Sometimes I think about the scenes from this weekend’s episodes and feel sad. I even came out to touch some grass. It’s not helping.

Yes I agree everything was very fast paced. Even the transitions between scenes are very stark, compared to earlier episodes. But I guess I prefer it to be quick than draggy. I like how she was away from the palace for a year in the drama but only 15-20min in the episode 😂 I’ve seen other dramas drag and drag scenes where the leads are apart

Tbh I don’t want to see anymore of her. I’d prefer some romance over concubine drama please

Omg I’d love to see everyone panicking about what to do meanwhile, court lady seo, who is usually the one confused and flustered, is ready and prepared to give advice because she knew that they would one day end up like this. 🤣

She can’t trust the king because she knows that the king would have to choose between saving deok im’s friend, who is just a powerless court maid, and his own loyal subject, who is an influential minister. Deok im also knows that the king is very forgiving of deok ro. So if she leaves this to the king this whole issue might have been covered up. As a result deok ro wont face any consequences and her friend might be sacrificed in the process. This is also what deok im said to the king in the library to explain why she didn’t believe his promise. Because she knew that he would make a calculated political decision that was to his own benefit, and in that process her friend could end up dead.

To me it’s understandable and also ties in with why she’s rejecting him.

deok im lived her entire life in the palace being liked by literally everyone. The king, the previous king, the dowager, the king’s mother, the kings sisters, all the senior members of the royal family are fond of her. Even princess hwawan who was favoured by the previous king didn’t manage to mistreat deokim. the previous main antagonist the head court lady also liked her and couldn’t harm her in the end. Heck, even deok ro knew better than to mistreat her lollll. So… hwabin hahahahahaha… hwabin was kinda digging her own grave. she clearly knew the king was giving deok im the googly eyes and still chose to mistreat her LOOOL
