Seriously, MBC is giving us so much bait, we can go fishing at this rate 😤

Some how I wish the last scene of the drama is them in their afterlife/imagined life, leaving on a journey together, as the poem they recited together in an earlier episode plays in the background. The poem that goes “I leave, holding hands with my loved one”. Dude if it ends like this, my tears are all yours.

Hoping and praying my stream doesn’t lag… even though it lags all the time LOL

I’m not sure if viu goes back to fix their translation since the only way to give them feedback is through email. People who can spot the mistakes are those who won’t be affected by the mistranslations and won’t be compelled to go through the trouble of writing an email (eg me). And on the other hand there are many who won’t even be aware of the mistranslations. For viki I heard it’s subbed by volunteeers? I think for viu the translators are paid but I’m not 100% sure. Viu is only available in Asia I think… it’s kind of like e viki counterpart here since viki isn’t available where I’m from

If I didn’t have the historical context I really would’ve been very confused by the translation

Just to give one example, viu calls deok ro’s sister Queen Wonbin… 🤦🏻‍♀️ Idk they could just call her consort won? It’s not like this is the first korean drama with concubines so idk why they are so confused with the titles, especially for a paid subscription

I have to confess, viu’s subtitles for this drama is giving me a headache. I usually have no complaints but it’s so messy for a paid subscription. Sometimes it’s weird sentence structure or grammar, which is fine since it’s subbed within a few hours after the release. but there are also blatant misleading translations (esp w the names). 😪

Same I actually want it to be like this. Then he’ll realise there were so many things she did for him while she was alive, whether consciously or subconsciously

True, I doubt they have the time for this haha. If this were a 50ep drama then maybe.

We survived a potential drunk first kiss and now we have a potential forced first kiss up for grabs…

Although I’m kinda happy she’s not his concubine yet AHA. I kinda like the push and pull

Also the series of events that’s supposed to happen i the future episodes… I don’t even know how they are gonna fit all of that into the four remaining episodes

At this point we’re just wondering if he’ll force her or will he not… if she’ll accept him before being forced to or will she not… 😭

I just remembered we have two eps Tmr

Yes seems like it?

Huuuuhhhhhh what is this plot… sounds like the novel

So… not drunk kiss.. YAYYYYY. But when are they gonna kiss come onnnnnn. But I feel like with them it’s all or nothing… if they kiss they gonna kiss n more (iykyk they have that kind of vibe) usually I hate kiss scenes I’ve literally never been this desperate to see two ppl kiss I swear

I’m numb

Aite… idk how to feel

yes that’s what I saw too. I even cheered out loud out of pure joy, because it wasn’t a drunk first kiss
