Yes they use very formal language meant for speaking about and to the royals
it can be used by civilians hahah i'm just saying that the royal speech has its own unique vocab (thats not usually used in daily life) e.g. they have another word for very common words like go, arrive, I, room. they are longer and more complicated so no one uses it in daily life ahahha
