5. Me being too emotionally involved in this drama

Ok it’s official I feel inconsolable sadness whenever I watch the scene where young sunjae runs toward sol at the Ferris wheel. I just can’t help but cry whenever I see him smile so brightly

yes!! the excitement in the first few eps and the profound sadness in the later half is reminiscent of the red sleeve!!! this is also the first drama im so invested in since TRS, which is my fav of all time

Tbh it kinda looks nicer on sunjae than sol. Maybe cos it looks so masculine

I would literally cry every time he appeared

The amusement park scene was just so sad, I can’t hold back tears no matter how many times I watch it. My heart aches for some reason

The last time I felt this type of inconsolable sadness was the red sleeve. And honestly the young Sunjae running with cake scene reminds me of deokim saying goodbye to her friends as they leave the palace while she stays behind, then she reminisces her younger and happier days leaving the palace on her off days with her friends. The difference is that deokim lost her freedom while Sunjae… well sunjae lost his life AHHAHAHAHA

I hate the ep 13 plot twist but i like the more melodramtic turn in ep 14. idk maybe i just love melodramas and sad shows in general haha. That said, I don’t think it’s THATTT melodramatic aside from 1-2 scenes but I think that those were definitely the stronger and better executed parts of ep 14

The Ferris wheel scene was the most emotional scene yet for me, esp in that scene where young sunjae runs excitedly with the cake towards the Ferris wheel. He looks so happy that I couldn’t hold back my tears even when I rewatched the scene. It’s just so sad to see him so young and happy idk why. And this is coming from someone who was bored in the Ferris wheel scene in ep 13. I felt nothing but rage when he died in ep 13. But now I’m just so sad seeing the POVs of sunjae and sol of their Ferris wheel date in 2009.

I feel so sad for sol she must be hurting so bad. She must feel like crying everytime she meets sunjae

when they were happy in their teens Popcorn was such a vibe, i thought of them when i listened to the song

idk if any one yall listen to do kyungsoo but his song Almost Time almost perfectly encapsulates Sol and Sunjae in ep 13. In fact a lot of the songs from his new album describe their romance OMG T.T
