Her acting did feel forced during some crying scenes. But other than that I think she was ok here

I get why gong shang jue can’t trust Shang Guan Qian because honestly even I can’t trust her 😭😭 half the time idk if she’s lying or bullshitting her way through. Especially at the end when she said she was pregnant!! Honestly she could’ve just said that to f with GSJ and get him to let her go lol

Yes out of all the characters hers was the least fleshed out. They could’ve explained why she’s an independence fighter or how she came to be one. Eon nyeon who isn’t the FL even had her background explained and she was a very fun and complex character

There’s not a lot of kissing and intimacy in this one since the main character’s romance is mostly emotional. The romance was just ok to me but from the comments I think it was decent to most people

For the second couple there’s a lot of push and pull and mind games. Personally I found them meh but many people liked the romance and chemistry between the second leads

This actress is pretty good because she pulled off the character annoyingly well. Shangguan Qian and her acting as a doe in the headlight was so annoying good I felt like slapping her a few times over hahahah

This show is really nice to look at. The sets are incredible and the cast are eye candies. Plot was just ok IMO and romance was meh. I liked that there is no true antagonist and conflict is created by people having different agendas as everyone had their own motives. Fight scenes are pretty good generally but slow motion was kinda overdone. Overall I enjoyed this as a Wuxia-mystery drama.

She was the best character hahaha
