I didn’t think that there would be so many people not liking Shen Bao because she doesn’t show her love ?
Actually she showed many times that he’s special for her, she wanted to marry him, she asked for his help (proving that she trusts him), she’s worried about him, she cares a lot !! She understands him too, for exemple for the Maid case, she was angry but didn’t blame his choice.
We’ll see it even more in the next episodes.

Maybe that’s what Shen Bao wanted, because how did she know about the Tea King Tree. The scholar even approached the father of the daughter, he doesn’t seem like a bad guy so maybe they are all in a team (I want to believe this just to see Governor Jiang downfall).
By this cooperation, the « blind » sister can change, Governor Jiang falls and the family go back stronger than before (the only problem left is the Grandma)

if you watched the all 10 ep and didn't like it, it's better for you to drop it i think.
If you liked Love in the Clouds, you should try "The Unclouded Soul" with the same ML, it's the same genre too so maybe you'll like this one more ( i didn't watch it though so idk). Personnaly i didn't like Love in the Clouds, even though i had high expectations because of the FL, but i like Glory, everyone has differents tastes and it's okay no worries.

The Double is for me the one who is the nearest regarding the vibe and the scheming female lead, however the ml isn't the same at all.
This one doesn't have the same vibe and not the same budget but I would recommend you Wonderland Of Love, th fl is cunning, more rational than the ML. She's initiating most of the romantic moments, for exemple she's the one initiating the first kiss. She's a pure strategist, so yes at first she's using everything to her army benefits.
She's the cold one and he's the warm one. The plot isn't that impressive but the chemistry, the romance and their 2 differents mindsets are what did it for me. The ending is the best one i've seen in a historical drama, an all episode dedicated to their life together after all the plot.

The noisy sister isn’t a bad person. She’s actually just seeking Shan Bao’s attention, often showing clear jealousy toward the other sister who shares a bond with Shan Bao because she wants that connection too. She’s not even a threat, as everything she does is so obvious. She's with the person who makes her feel loved or important. She might end up in the good side when she realize that Shan Bao cares about her too.

This drama is clearly underrated and underhyped. It has such a good cinematography, acting, plot and chemistry ?? what more could we ask ?? Except for releasing every episode in a single day ?
