i think if you turn off the logic part of your brain you’ll enjoy this a lot more. I did that and now i think it’s such an easy watch haha. most things get resolved rather quickly and in somewhat over the top manner haha. quite fast paced for a 30 ep drama. Not great writing but I find it entertaining enough.

ahh cool. However, some men just want to possess a woman and her beauty regardless of the cost and consequences. all ego. but yeah for something deeper there needs to be a reason that’s not just the initial attraction.

exactly and that’s what’s bothering me. like if you’re not convinced then you find out. he has all the time and resources to do so. seems like everyone left and right is in the know and he’s still
half clueless and half suspicious.
those scenes are entertaining enough but surely by then third time he should know what she’s pulling if he is half as smart as he’s supposed to be

well, I personally wouldn’t get back with him after the public humiliation but u understand his motivation for doing so. but also it’s like she’s so uptight about keeping decorum and etiquettes that having him call her that makes them seem closer. but yeah. each to their own. i rest my case lol

yeah totally get where you’re coming from. In regards to his actions; I agree that he did it in such an asshole way - but he was trying to protect her (doing the right thing in the wrong way) but I guess knowing her stubborn and upright nature she would’ve gotten herself implicated. In regards to how he addresses her, I actually find it endearing. Each to their own though.

yeah but in this context with who he is and his pride (and societal norms of husband above wife back then) this is seen as a sign of respect and him “bowing” to her.

no very at all. he loves her but he’s a coward who’s lazy with zero ambition or willingness to give her a good life.

I watched go back lover and he and the FL there do their kissing scenes a lot better and more convincing than in this drama. maybe MZY is a bit shy since it’s her first time proper kissing lol

they clearly wronged DZ’s mum and had an affair whilst he was staying at the friend’s hometown. so 2 families tries to not create a scandal by letting the 2 wed. And dtepmum’s dad did get his post back by that time but he wasn’t highly favoured and tbh it didn’t matter how high he was, he didn’t need to have the issue of a pregnant unmarried daughter.
