hahaha she is funny in some parts, but she realllllly drags out her hate for the ML (The prince). I honestly was there for the songs and Liu Yuning, trying to fill the void after finishing Prisoner of beauty.

I have to agree with you on the dragging point. They continued to misunderstand ML for too long. Fine he was a terrible dude in the real script and you have to keep your hackles up, but he was proving he was not all that terrible but she just kept going in circles. But overall i am happy their marriage didn't only happen at the end and there was something to look at after.

Now see, I didn't think it got worse after episode 8, it was like episode 10 that i went "huh?" the fact no villian actually got a clear lesson pissed me off, other than the prince, who actually lost everything as a child and highkey his revenge was justified.. .he was killed off. I downloaded a special speed controller to watch it on 3.50x because 2x wasn't cutting it.

I am on episode 4, and idk, I just can't get into it. I had no expectations and was actively avoiding all promo (I didn't even read the full synopsis), so it's not about meeting expectations. I am not sure why, but I feel like it's slow, and I am just not feeling the chemistry between the leads.
