Considering it is a hit, this 8.5 on MDL makes no sense.

The drama wasn't about the parents' favoritism. Her childhood sets up Xu Yan's character and who she was. The drama was not about revenge or punishing any characters. It was about making choices and being true to who we are. It shows how the leads grew closer together once they stopped pretending because being true to oneself leads to integrity and happiness. The drama used many scenes to carry this theme which prevailed throughout. Nothing was insignificant in this drama.

I enjoyed watching those scenes.

I have already watched it. I just feel it would be good for Love's Ambition to be on Netflix for those who only have Netflix. And it would give Love's Ambition even more exposure. This masterpiece should be available on Netflix.

Oh no. Now I think of it, LLTG is not on it either. I was hoping Love's Ambition would be soon but now I lost hope.

It depends on how you view it. It makes sense if you can see the connections with the recurring themes. It is an amazing production from the acting, OST, and just everything. I rewatch just so I watch the expressions and listen carefully to the dialogue. It is a masterpiece. It is outstanding.

I think the reason is that Xu Yan's biological parents never showed her the love and care Haoming showed Hoachen. It says something that she ends up with a man who can love a child who is not his biological child.

I am surprised Netflix has not picked up Love's Ambition.
