Yes. I understand what you are saying. Maybe she feels as if she knows him. She recognized his as the child actor from the horror movie and now she must see him as junior. But I am still more surprised she was in mixed shared living apartment.

I was more scared when she was in the shared living place.

I started over and got nervous in ep 1 when she was in the shared living.
