😂 The funny thing, my cousin told me she loved him a long time ago and at the time I didn't think he was so handsome. However, there was something I loved about him and I think it is the way his smile goes to his eye and the intensity of his expression when he plays a commanding role. He has such passion. But the more I looked at him, the more I found him so good looking and now...OMG! My cousin has a better eye than I do because I see it so clearly now. He is perfect!
There are certain angles he reminds me of ZLH. I don't know if I can watch both at the same time. This Best Thing…
I looked as soon as I saw your comment and did not see Netflix 😪 There are several dramas I could watch on IQiyi so I will just have to wait a bit then sign up.
Guys since this is a spin off of hidden love, does it have the same vibes? (i don't mean the story)
There are some similarities such as the Sang siblings. The FL's story makes it heavier even though Jiaxu also had his problems. I feel some of the same vibes at times but then it is also different. There is a deep sense of love which is in both. I guess it depends on what you see.
only a few episodes in but im hooked. hoping this is as good as hidden love. btw bai jingting looks so much like…

It looks like it’s all him in that “reenactment” ep 10 scene. Dude has been putting in the work. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DGYYo-QPBG6/?igsh=MW54cnVuZjVoMnB5dA==
Yes it is! Keep sharing! I admit to watching it several times since I first saw it. I might just add it to my profile!
big fan of sang Yan’s character over djx! (not the actors, both are excellent in their own right) just talking…
Sang Yan and Sang Zhi as siblings come from a happy home. Yi Fan and Jiaxu were not that lucky and both needed healing. Sang Yan helps Yi Fan heal. Sang Zhi helps Jiaxu heal.
Like Yi Fan, Jiaxu did not feel worthy because he had been ostracized for his father's sins. Sang Zhi made him feel he was worth loving.
Yi Fan also doesn't feel she deserves anything good as a result of her family making her feel unwanted and of course the emotional and physical abuse. And Sang Yan helps her heal.
Circumstances are different in the Sang Zhi was younger and Jiaxu felt protective. The irony is that she in fact helped him. She defended him and wouldn't let anyone bully him. She gave him the love he needed.
I don't know if I could possibly love Sang Yan more than I do right now. He is perfect.
But I also love Jiaxu for many reasons that those who watched HL and loved it will know. His character went through such hardships that no one that young should have experienced. He carried the burden of taking care of a sick mother and father as well as paying off the obligation his family had to the Jiang girl. And yet he had a beautiful and kind heart.
I could go on... just wanted to share. But I get what you mean about Sang Yan. I find him perfect right now and I understand why he goes about giving Yi Fan things the way he does. People are saying he is not being straightforward. I think he is practicing restraint and allowing Yi Fan to guide his pace.

This must be the most reposted clip! I keep seeing it! Not that I mind 😉 Thank you!
Great character analysis. I look at her as someone who has locked up her emotions to survive. I can see her starting…
There are a few comments below from people who feel Yi Fan is selfish, but I am not sure if it is from here or from posts elsewhere that some are seeing hate against Yi Fan. I think maybe some of the comments are misunderstood in just wanting Yi Fan to start showing some concern for Sang Yan. It will happen as I am seeing little things she does. She just needs to come out of the barriers she built around herself. She went through trauma. I feel bad for Sang Yan, so I can understand others who feel empathy for him. The drama is slowing revealing the truths. We all need to be patient. I am sure the writer knows we need a bit of this and that here and there 😂 It does get frustrating when things get one sided but I don't think this will be the case in this drama.
I'm trying to be patient with this one. The female character seems oblivious and self- absorbed...or maybe I have…
What episode are you on? I didn't read the book when I washed the first 9 eps and it was clear to me she went through trauma and was emotionally and physically abused by her uncle's family. She was abandoned by her mother who didn't answer her cry for help when she was sexually assaulted. Imagine how terrified she must have felt. The one person who should have protected her was her mother and her mother brushed her off. She was made to feel a burden by the people who should have helped. The only person who helped her was Sang Yan.
You need to give the drama time to develop. It is slowing revealing the past. As we the viewers learn about the reasons Yi Fan is the way she is, so does Sang Yan. But he is giving her everything he can without knowing the full truth about what happened to her. I am also hoping to see her open up some more and I am already seeing this.
It is not that she doesn't care about him. We can see that she cares by the little things she does. If you saw the scene when she holds the umbrella after they went grocery shopping, he told her she was blocking his view because he knew she was holding the umbrella to shelter him from the rain more than herself. He complained so she would tilt the umbrella more her way. Somehow, she ended up holding the umbrella for him to get in the car which was surprising because I thought Sang Yan would have done that for her. Maybe he decided to just let her have her this time. Then she mixes some cold medicine for him in concern he might be sick.
I am rewatching now so I paying close attention to details 🤣
10/10I am obsessed. This drama is so good !! i didn’t watch Hidem Love but this drama is just so good . Perfect…
Hidden Love tells Sang Zhi's story which is one of a crush that becomes first love. You should try Hidden Love. It was beautifully done. I watched it 10 times that same summer it was released.
I put this on hold so many times and kept going back due to comments about hot chemistry. It was frustrating because I wanted to like this modern drama with Xu Kai. I have never been able to enjoy a romance drama with Seven Tan and tried with this one. I had some idea that Xu Kai would make it better but no.
NGL people who can't handle complex characters irritate me so bad especially when it comes to "FEMALES". They…
My take on the FL is that she has all her pain locked up. It was the only way she could cope. But she is starting to open up. I was glad to see her share her feelings with her bestie. Sang Yan shows his emotions through the way he tries to help her and expression in his eyes. I am moved by the yearning I see in him when he looks at her. I felt his pain when she broke his heart because he was shocked. I find myself loving Sang Yan so much. I think she will start to open up to him soon. What she did while sleep walking shows her feelings for him even if she doesn't show it while awake. It is still early in the drama and we need to give it time to develop. I am sure once Yi Fan starts to open up, people will start to feel more emotionally connected with her. I am hoping to watch ep 11 soon if Netflix releases it later today.
I think you must TFF is on Netflix. I will probably buy a one month subscription to IQiyi.
