I am finding the leads cute and it is obvious they love each other. But the comments here due to something in the book about the FL is spoiling the vibe. I even read that part and would like to block it out because it is not going to happen in the drama.

Where did he see her cheating on him in this drama? I have not seen that. Yes, read something from the POV of the ML posted above but It is not in the drama. I am trying to forget I read that. From what I see of the couple, they love each other. There was a misunderstanding which was cleared up in ep 3. Did I miss something?

Yes I am! I was trying not to finish all available episodes but now I am about to watch ep 10. It is so frustrating having to wait for new episodes while a drama airs but I gave in. The couple match was too good to resist.

The first time I heard of her was last year when Hidden Love came out. I only watched a small part of her analysis because of some comments about her pov on HL. I found her to be ridiculous and I am not even going to go into her interpretation of Hidden Love. Thank you for sharing.

Every thing he said was the way I interpreted his actions. This is why I felt pity for him in the end.

Sounds like there is hope he will do another drama. I hope so. And when he does, I hope it will be another wonderful couple match. Both Wu Lei and Jin Mai were child actors. It was lovely to see them together in AASOL.

The Double certainly pulled us along. I kept wanting to see what happened next and it was fascinating to see the way the FL got herself out of all the traps set for her.
But one attraction was the charisma of Duke Su. The Double was the perfect combination of intrigue, romance, and the magic of WXY.

Is there any indication Wu Lei is coming back to dramas after this?

One drama that shocked me with the ending was Bright Eyes in the Dark. I did not see it coming especially when the book ended with a. happy wedding.

That is okay. I might try In Blossom again. I loved Blossom in Adversity. Zhang Jing Yi never disappoints and I loved her character. Perhaps you would have liked it better with a different ML.

And yet there are some I only wanted to take a peek and found myself hooked!

I read the above POV of the ML also. I really doubt the drama will follow go as far as to have the FL intimate with SQR. I hope not. But I could see the drama follows close to the novel. We will see. I really hope not that close concerning LR and SQR.

That part was a bit upsetting. I also got second hand embarrassment watching him with her mother in the restaurant. It was really a miscommunication between the leads by the car. It works itself out quite fast. I think they tried to include some friction.
