I wouldn't say she is toxic. Her mother's words stirred up some deep seated emotions. I am not saying I like what she did in ep 15, but it was all cleared up. She is not a bad person.

I love this secondary couple! I don't know if we get to see enough of them. There should be a spin off.

I took one look at the preview for ep 15 and didn't want to look at it again. I waited for the full episode.

I visited L&P recently and found some are still leaving negative comments after 1 episode. As much as many loved it and understood the leads, some see them differently. L&P deserves a much higher rating.

I can understand she has some deep seated emotions and her mother stirred it up. But it was still unpleasant to watch her accuse Dong of forcing her. She is lucky he is willing to forgive her. Awww... he is going on my list of favorite MLs.

Some people like to rate on their emotions. There are too many dramas with lower ratings than they should have. Take Bright Eyes in the Dark for example. It had a higher rating before the final episode. I left my rating since I didn't feel I should lower it because it didn't end up the way I expected. It didn't change the fact that I absolutely loved the couple chemistry and acting.

I will never understand why Lighter and Princess does not have a higher rating.

I love Dong! The leads are good together. Hopefully, she doesn't do anything like that again. It seems she regrets her actions and does not want to lose him. She looked shocked when he walked away from her. But look how fast he ran back when she collapsed.

I don't think anyone is hurt. If you don't like it move on. Personally, I didn't love it because of any hype. I love it because of what it is...it's soooo good! In fact, my sister in law just called me last night all excited about just finishing this drama and feeling so good! The leads are natural together. It was beautiful to watch.

But if you don't like it after watching one episode, then move on. I watched it 10 times and just here for a visit because I miss it! Going to wait to watch again in the summer.

It was upsetting to see especially when Dong looked so shocked and upset.

I have been looking for another Julia Xiang drama since Forever Love. And now so excited to see her with Wang Xing Yue!

Episode 16 was beautifully done. I think if you watched it, you would understand the FL's actions. I am so in love with Dong/Li Xian!

I was shocked when I saw the preview yesterday. I didn't even want to watch the preview again even though I kept thinking I must not have heard it right. I love the ML. I will have to wait till later to watch the episodes.

Was it cleared up today? I haven't seen it yet. I only saw the preview and what she did looked horrible. Makes me sad for Dong.

Did you watch it? I haven't seen today's episodes yet. I am afraid now. Dong has already gone through so much with his guilt over his friend's death and then with his ex girlfriend. It breaks my heart to think about it.

I had not seen that preview at the time I read your original post, but I have to say, now that I have, it leaves a bad feeling. I am going to watch because maybe there is more. I am afraid to watch that preview again. I felt too bad for Dong.
