You are not bursting my bubble. It is not a matter of where it is more popular. I am sure it is not just me who loved the character development of Sang Zhi in HL as well as the chemistry between the leads. Why not keep the same image as Sang Zhi as Sang Zhi whether she is in HL or FF. Isn't she the same character?

Hidden Love is not popular because of who the leads are. It became the first Cdrama for many Kdrama fans who didn't even know Lusi or CZY. HL's success was much more than who the leads were (Other than the fact that their natural talents contributed to the success of HL). The chemistry was just so beautiful. The development of the main leads makes it hard to see them in a different image just because it is another drama. I can see JIn Mai as Sang Zhi.

I loved HL not because of who the leads were. They played their part so well it was captivating and such a feel good drama with emotional depth. The chemistry was incredible. It was the way they were with each other. I found WIFTY cute and a light watch but it did not affect me the way HL did.

I would think they would try to keep the image from HL. It would be strange to see her character styled in Miao Yi's image. I assume San Yan's story takes place after Sang Zhi gets married so wouldn't Sang Zhi be more maturely dressed? I have not read First Frost and I am not even sure how much presence Sang Zhi has in the book. I am thinking Sang Zhi will be married in TFF.

I think most people accept it is not Victor Ma because that information was given right after Hidden Love ended. Anyone who knows BJT knows he can play any role and make it work. I am just shocked that ZMY is playing Sang Zhi. I found out yesterday but now I see that the news was out at least 2 weeks ago. Where have I been? LOL!

Don't be too sure. But I hope you are right. BJT is so good at every role he plays. I have seen all his dramas and he is amazing. But I have seen actresses who never seem to be comfortable in skinship scenes and no matter the male, they still look like they are just going through the motions.

I know. It is too much with all the problems. They really needed some sweet moments in between but the problems kept coming one after the other. I would have liked this drama much better is it was just one big bag full of crazy problems and toxic father. It does keep me going though. I have not been bored. Just frustrated.
