I want to see him meeting the brothers. I have not watched it yet. I am afraid of Kiss.kh. Last time I went on…
You were so right about ep 29. About 15 min in I found him so hot even though it was such a simple thing. OMG! Then of course the other parts. And I know I said this already but how is she falling asleep in the middle of that?
You really need to check all of his other dramas. Especially the older ones where he was just the supporting character…
I hope you like it. It took me about 3 episodes to get into it because there was some back and forth from present to past. The ML is a coding genius and I love a genius ML. The FL is smart too. I just finished ep 29 of LMLMV. It was so good and now I am even more in love. Sigh...
I’ve felt that a lot too. I do hope she gets better; because at the current moment talking with her is like…
If nothing else, watch ep 29 about 15 mins in. It is such a simple thing but it is the way he does it. OMG! What a thrill! I am going to have to watch ep 29 again.
You really need to check all of his other dramas. Especially the older ones where he was just the supporting character…
I wasn't going to watch One and Only but after watching Forever and Ever, I wanted to know more about them, so I watched it. Then I watched Forever and Ever again and the scenes became even more significant. I could tell who was the reincarnation of the crowned prince and also the young emperor. You will see. But the main leads are the same actors and the same name so that is perfectly clear.
I cannot describe Lighter and Princess in mere words. You will have angst and drama but the two leads love only each other. All I can say is, give yourself time to get to know them especially the ML who might appear cold at first but he has the kindest heart. And he loved her so much that he wanted to make her happy by doing something she wanted that set off a series of events that led to a scene i dread seeing on rewatch. It goes fast from there so it does not drag out . Just know that he might not seem to be paying attention but he is aware of everything she needs and she knows him so well and knows how to handle him. Every time I rewatch I find it so hard to move on. Happy ending!
You really need to check all of his other dramas. Especially the older ones where he was just the supporting character…
If you come to love the ML in One and Only, it will leave you devastated ! I even watched the sequel first then decided to be brave and watched One and Only. Even knowing they are reincarnated, I had to take long walks because my heart was so heavy. I don’t know if you have seen Lighter and Princess but I dreaded a certain episode and said I would skip it on rewatch but it was still so beautiful to see the performance I had to watch again. I love L&P.
You really need to check all of his other dramas. Especially the older ones where he was just the supporting character…
Thank you! I will check them out. I am also afraid to watch LYF because I know season 2 does not go well for him. But he is so good to watch. I don't know if you ever watched One and Only or Forever and Ever. One and Only left me gutted for days but at least I knew it ended well for them in Forever and Ever.
I have yet to watch the one where he goes shhhh... and continues kissing her. I am going to go to Kisskh even though I said I wouldn't go back there but I see others are saying it is good for them. I worry about viruses but I can't wait! I am so in love with the ML! You might like ep 17 when they sang on stage at the 10th anniversary celebration. I liked it.
It's not a drama for everyone, exactly because there is literary no drama in this and no misunderstandings etc.…
You only watched a few episodes. How do you know it is overrated? Here is a professional review that was shared by a member here. The author's analysis is quite interesting even if you don't want to watch the show.:
"Mobao Feibao’s writing style is characterized by its gentle and endearing nature. In the majority of her novels, the two main characters quickly fall in love and share numerous joyful moments throughout the story. However, some audiences find her style to be monotonous and crave more plot twists. Personally, I find her novels to be unique in that they not only focus on the love between the main characters, but also delve into the lives of other characters and many other aspects of life. Particularly, the drama "Love me, love my voice" showcases a captivating blend of traditional music, culinary delights, and exceptional voice acting, setting it apart from others in its genre. Each episode features either delectable food recipes or introduces beautiful songs.
There are numerous films that, upon closer examination, prove to be captivating and thrilling in their intricate details. However, when viewed as a whole, the intended message behind these films may not always be clear. Each individual’s approach to watching films is unique, and as such, every style will find its own audience. The stories presented in Mobao Feibao, while perhaps not immediately enticing to viewers on a surface level, reveal themselves to be rich with valuable and meaningful lessons when considered within a broader context.
The characters and their lives depicted in the film exude a remarkable sense of realism. None of them hail from excessively privileged or affluent backgrounds, nor do they possess an air of unattainability. Rather, they evoke a strong sense of familiarity, as if one has encountered them in real life. Dr. Mo Qing Cheng, for instance, despite having doctor parents, does not receive the full extent of their care due to their demanding schedules. Even when he falls ill or sustains injuries, he is compelled to accept it as normal, as his parents, being doctors themselves, perceive such ailments and pains as inconsequential. On New Year’s Eve, he finds himself alone in the Perfect Voice studio, devoid of celebratory company. His adept culinary skills do not stem from inherent talent, but rather from a childhood marked by loneliness, with cooking serving as a means to alleviate his loneliness.
Similarly, Feng Yasong, Dr. Mo’s colleague at the recording studio, and Off Key, who hails from the same studio as Sheng Sheng "Day to Day,” have endured unhappy pasts, with their parents’ divorces leaving lasting impacts. Off Key, in particular, has had to undertake multiple low-paying jobs to make ends meet. In this drama, everyone must continually strive if they wish to survive.
The love story portrayed in the film is strikingly authentic, eschewing the fairy tale trope of a handsome, wealthy, and domineering CEO falling in love with a Cinderella-like girl. It also diverges from the narrative of a girl harboring secret affection and longing for her idol. Two main characters share a deep appreciation for sounds and a love for their respective crafts. They support each other on their career paths and explore various aspects of real life. This is far from a cliché love story; it is a realistic portrayal of love. It is a sweet and gentle love story that is easily encountered in our surrounding lives. The profound love shared between the main characters serves as a catalyst for an enhanced appreciation of life, fostering a more positive perception of the world around them. No longer confined to admiring the idealized love stories found solely within the realm of movies, viewers are encouraged to believe and aspire to find a genuine and affectionate partner in real life, one who, akin to the character of Dr. Mo Qing Cheng, treats them with respect and warmth.
One aspect to praise in this film is its emphasis on the role of voice acting, a job that is rarely recognized or appreciated. Besides having a good voice, voice artists also have to deeply understand the characters they are dubbing, and know which tone of voice to use in different contexts. The intonation of the voice must also harmonize with the actor’s facial expressions. In short, voice artists play a crucial role in the success of a film. I really appreciate how the film brought these unsung heroes to the forefront of the stage. In the film, from Qiang Qingci to Feng Yasong, everyone has their own fans. This shows how much respect Mobao Feibao, the author and the scriptwriter, has for these silent artists. The film also celebrates the culinary culture which helps us understand more about delicious dishes from different regions, such as Savory mooncakes, or xian rou yue bing (鲜肉月饼) in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, and the specialty of tea oil in Quzhou province. It promotes tourism and helps today’s youth learn more about traditional music culture, especially Gufeng music. From Wikipedia, Gufeng music( traditional Chinese: 古風音樂; simplified Chinese: 古风音乐) is a type of music genre by artists originating from the Greater China region, It is a kind of C-pop music with the background of Chinese legends, the style of Chinese folk songs and drama, the melody that is similar to classical Chinese music and played by classical Chinese musical instruments. The lyrics of Gufeng music are created mainly based on ancient Chinese mythological legends and verses. In recent years, this kind of songs are often used in Xianxia, Wuxia games, anime, dramas, etc. This kind of music has also become popular among Internet cultures such as Hanfu movement.
In summary, I highly recommend this drama to individuals seeking entertainment and relaxation after a long day of work. Particularly, this film is tailored for those who possess a sensitivity towards sounds and hold an affinity for traditional music. It serves as an exceptional source of solace and rejuvenation, offering a truly therapeutic viewing experience."
but 'Only for love' was terrible after 19 episodes... i just dropped that drama..
But I was so thrilled with Dylan Wang! I loved the way he just leaned against the car acting like the CEO then he was smirking over his secret about his sister in another scene. LOL!
You really need to check all of his other dramas. Especially the older ones where he was just the supporting character…
Which show would you recommend? I am not sure if I am going to watch Lost You Forever yet. I am waiting for season 2. About LMLMV, it is a rather unique show. This is the first time I am watching the ML. I am not 100% thrilled with the FL and wish they had chosen ZJY to play the part, but she is not all bad. She looks a little like ZJY but she seems a bit too childlike to a good match for the ML. But I still love the show. He has an upcoming drama with Wang Chu Ran and I am thrilled about that. He also has a movie coming out with ZJY and I hope they do a drama together.
