I loved the FL in Rising With the Wind! And I loved the ML even though he got a lot of hate. Some of it was blown out of proportion. Also, you should look for the cut kiss scenes if you watch it.
I don’t think I will continue with WOL. I love Xu Kai though! I will be watching Story of Kunning Palace. From accounts it has a happy and satisfying ending!

I totally agree. I felt he was used to protecting the FL , but once Song Yan pointed out her depression and he started to think Song Yan was best for her even if the mother objected. And we could see the brother helping her against the mother.

Well, they seem to have left this thread recently. I had a great time on the Bright Eyes in the Dark discussion page. I think it is because the ones who didn't like it left at the beginning because it started out with a lot of propaganda type scenes before going into the relationship. The ones who were left watching were really great. Unfortunately, we didn't get the ending we anticipated. But on the otherhand, many of us still left a high rating because we loved the show.

I am going to watch it now! When I checked this morning it was not there yet. When I watched on kisskh, I was afraid to go backward when I didn't quite get what was said because there would be a pop up that I couldn't get rid of unless I left the page and went back in. I was so afraid to click.

Did you finish OFL yet? I know last we talked you were watching it as a filler. I went in expecting the worse with the FL but didn't find it so bad. And Dylan Wang as the "cold" CEO was delightful. And I didn't find the FL so bad. Even though she didn't handle her personal life in the best way, she was smart and strong in her role as a finance reporter. The last 6 episodes with the bonus were great. What I loved about OFL is that it didn't just end quickly. Once the couple made up, there are 6 plus episodes of them being together and it was just... I keep saying delightful! And of course, Dylan Wang...I wish more writers would extend the ending. RWTW was great but I wish it could have been a little more than them just running towards each other.

I am getting the urge to watch again and not even sure if Viki released anymore episodes today.

I was wondering if I should watch WOL first for Xu Kai but SOKP is really calling me especially as I heard it has a happy ending. Why do you feel empty after SOKP?

I get what you mean. I think there was a part of her that did like him. I can have some empathy for her that she didn't come from money and had her mind set on moving up. But there is no denying that she did play games and planned on using him. I did not dislike him the way some did. I felt he was kind hearted and I hoped to see him move on to find someone wonderful for himself. I would love to see a sequel with his story.

Have you seen Rising With the Wind? There are some negative comments in there but I liked it. There were a few members up in arms because Simon's character kissed back the FL while she was drunk. They cut kiss scenes in that show so I was thrilled to see it. The only thing is I wish they had a bonus episode because it was quick at the end. However, it was a happy ending.

I watched a few episodes of Wonderland of Love because I love Xu Kai. The FL is one I said I would never watch again after seeing her in Legend of Zhouhua, but I am trying. I am also going to watch The Story of Kunning Palace which I heard is really good but I waited to see if it has a happy ending and it does.

Where did you go? I said it in I May Love you and I think I said it the As Beautiful As You but I might have deleted it because some of the fans in there are so passionate about Seven Tan's shows. I want to watch ABAY for Xu Kai but while I like Seven in family themes, have never felt convinced watching her in romance scenes.

Even though I watched ep 31- 36.5 of OFL on Kisskh, I am still watching on Viki because of the translation. This was my first time using KIsskh and it did say "translation coming" so perhaps it has better translations than I saw.

By tomorrow more people will watch it once it comes out on Viki. It sounds interesting. I am just waiting for good translation.
