This story was so good. I wished I could have watched it in a cinema instead.
I saw the b&w version in cinema - it was sooo good that I'm a little reluctant to watch the color version on Netflix. I'm afraid if wont feel as authentic as the b&w did. ... I'm still gonna watch it anyways though 🥰🫠
As the film concludes, we see a moving black bruise growing on Noriko's neck. At an interview during Godzilla…
And if you think about the fact that she survived what happened to her, that makes sense - if she has some of Godzilla's cells - that she'd also have some regenerative abilities like Godzilla.
I hope the same director will work on the sequel if one comes out... 🤞
THE ACTING OMG. the acting was amazing, the “physopathic” behavior of then ML was portrayed so well by Fan…
He might be able to change, but think of her - it'd take a lot for her to trust anyone again - let alone someone like him who manipulated her like he did, kept lying to her, alienating her from her family, and making her doubt herself over & over. That can really mess a person up.
Are there any sadistic scenes?I don't mind with the spoilers.
🤔 If I remember correctly, those things (such as what's going on during the torture & murder scenes) are strongly suggested & kind of disturbing but not directly shown.
