Its actually not fans who will do that. Its the antis who get paid over there and the yxh accounts who are known to be hateful and malacious. Both of them are huge stars so they have lot of antis. I will wish them well either way. They are really sweet friends as we saw from Tencent Star Awards and weibo night.
Anyway its all a conjecture and OOL will release this year, they know what big cash cow it is. I just hope they give it the best slot and promotion it deserves

From the info so far, hunan rights are expiring on 20th May. So we wont have to wait long. Anyway, the shady way in which they have treated it so far, we cant trust them to promote it properly. And the fans are honestly so pissed that if it airs on hunan, they will just go watch it on tencent online instead.

Hope they lose it and it gets released on a better platform which will treat it like it deserves

Honestly Noone knows at this point. Even the big Cent melon accounts dont know as its stuck with the TV station. Unless they release it or decide to air it themselves we cant be sure. Some say there are offline promotions that are started for OOL while other report is that Costume drama cant air after april so tencent will proably release another one after lb. We will just have to wait patiently for this

So long ballad premiered. I dont think we should expect Oath of love before the LB finishes airing. Both are S+ Tencent productions. Clashing them would be foolish

This is not a very famous novel by a long stretch and as I heard from a few novel fans they did not like female protaganist in some parts. So any changes done should make it more interesting for us

If anyone can handle angst perfectly its Xiao Zhan and as I heard there are going to be changes in the script so lets see how everything turns out

Douluo Continent crossed 5 billion views yesterday on Tencent China. Congrats to the cast for all their hard work. DC is now at #9 as the drama with the most views/EP on Tencent.

Thats why everyone suspects foul play here. I hope now that it is delayed so much it gets the best summer slot where these kind of dramas get the biggest audience. Really praying nothing comes in the way of its release now.

I m not sure about that as they have been removed immediately. They are not leaked internationally so you wouldnt be able to find them. I would suggest avoiding any leaks in future since they can ruin your enjoyment of the drama

It didnt get leaked. Just some images or clips were leaked and they are removed now. This was just a diversion by the antis over there to create hindrance in the release of the drama. Please suspect everything especially if its from weibo. Thats a very shady platform

I feel like it would be Long Ballad as they are confirmed to be in a variety show to promote it. Trust me I want it to be Oath of Love but this drama has been delayed for so long that being optimistic is a little difficult at this point

Apologies if I misunderstood your meaning of hit. I always equate it to popular only just like for movies the ticket sales decide if its a hit or not. Nobody here is claiming that it is a critical darling like Minning Town, The Bad Kids, The Long Night, Hikaru No Go. And yeah I think ELOD was popular, it got a second season after all which is very rare in chinese dramaland. Only extremely popular dramas get one. Peace
