This is despite the fact, this story is definitely a Love Sick storyline (I love LS). SOTUS (Not a fan) is definitely the BL story that is fresh in everyone's mind -- especially considering there's a new one coming out now...while LS's S3 won't be coming out next year.

It's not the character. It's her acting...she's a bad actress---there's something in her acting that's just not quite right. I came to realize that. I'm like...wait. Why do I have a problem with her characters.

Then I looked at the dramas objectively and took her out of the role and pictured a favorite actress of mine. For instance I like an actress named Mookda from Massaya and put her in My Dear Loser: Monster --- then I was like...yeah, yeah!

This would be a bad ass drama. She would have done great in that role. Or even the girl with Push...Let me give you an idea...someone did a music video of Push with Mookda...where I was like, why am I fangirling a couple that has never met.

I thought it was Spring 2019 or something. I don't know if they even wrote the script yet. Captain hasn't signed on to do the drama. Hence the reason my initial reaction is now a dud. I'm wondering if the Lakorn might happen. If he doesn't come on board--fans won't watch it.

However, let's say he's a go. I don't know if they need the actors on board before they write or if they need the script before they ask the actors. I think they need the script---then the actors because they would have already had the funding.

I really think if they don't have Captain the funders would pull out. You can't have someone to replace Noh. For 2 Moons it's easy to find someone to replace God---as long as he's hot enough; since there's only been 1 season. But two seasons of Love Sick with Captain. Then Captain and White were together again, admittedly as brothers, in U-Prince. Yeah---it would be weird and mistake to play with the dynamic. He needs to say yes.

If Captain signs on and there is an S3 because I really doubt they could move ahead with Captain not signed on. The backers would know there would be a fan revolt without Captain.

I know they would go all out. There could be some nice KonKnock, KristoSingto, maybe even MewArt action. Or I hope so. It's been 3 years...these guys are adult now. LoveSick can get a bit dirtier and they have experience. They had sex in S1. They gave up their anal virginity to each other then and Noh gave up his virginity in general then. So, by now they should be doing some crazy skilled stuff.

I had bought my ticket for this boat in advance therefore I can't make a return unfortunately. My excitement is just set and I will come back now periodically to check.

I can't watch this Lakorn w/o Captain. I am only here for Phun/Noh. The fact that White's "yes" was immediate and it was out by June 1. While, I had a glance at Captain's twitter and it was June 6, and he was talking about flying over Japan. Makes me pause for concern.

Until he gives the okay. My initial excitement below is now curbed. I thought they released the news under the full understanding that the main actors, White and Captain, were on board. Not the damn script. None of us were here ONLY for the season. We were here for our OTP; that's why we wanted the third season. Don't get me wrong---I love my Ohm (S2), Jeed, Yuri, and ALL of the Music Squad, but seriously?!

They're not going to hold the Lakorn for me. I'm not going to be here for Phun to have feels and stuff. I'm not going to be here for some sort of drama circle of weirdness. I'm not going to have Noh replaced by some wannabe because there will be a revolt. I need Captain.

So until I have Captain's, "okay." I'm not cool with this.

To me there is no greater BL story; aside from Addiction, which comes in 1st.

Before my meltdown below, I have to say this: this needed to be done. I mean we have three parts to the whole Korn/Knock saga that surprised the writer. Then there's the obsession with WtD.

The call for LoveSick has been loud and long. 3 years and people have been yelling for PhunNoh and haven't stopped if the MVs and fanfictions mean anything. I'm glad they got off they're butts and did it. With 3 years I know the writing for this story is going to be brilliant! Absolutely, brilliant and with Captain and White grown up---and Captain's acting is sooooo good---way better than before (and he was great before). White still needs work. It's going to be great.

Yes, those were the two I was I was referring to in my post. They were the only two that were openly gay on the show.

I've said I agree you can't determine; however, I know they're all straight, because it's made public. Unfortunately, much of them ride the popularity they gain from the fujoshi fans---like God from 2Moons and drop them like hot cakes. These two are no different. They just have come out at different times. Even their parents have been interviewed at different times to make it clear. I know that's been mentioned on line---to the disappointment of many. That's why you don't hear anything much on them.

The people who talk about them are the new people who recently have seen the movie and become fanatics (I personally hated the movie). However, it's these recents fans who keep resurrecting the question, if they're together. It's the same thing with Art and Mew (who have super super sexual scenes on scene and in public look like a real life couple). Knock and Korn are another set --- in real life...jeez. It's because they have good on screen chem that in real life they can transmit it and it's whatever for them. However, these guys are totally straight. It's total fanservice. They have publicly said they are straight.

All of them, as I said, it seems, 99.9%, of these actors who play gay roles are played by heterosexual males (for some unfortunately and fortunately for me). I want my group to get roles; I don't care if it's hetero or LGBT+. However, I want hetero's playing our roles for two reasons to build empathy, and, as I said, it tests their own sexuality.

Yes, I do. Watch the end of the LAST (correction, not first) episode of Love Sick. They interview the cast. White and Captain clearly tell you they are straight. White even takes offense that it's suggested he's gay when Captain questions him.

As for our wonder boys in the drama above. I believe it was mentioned in several articles they were really close friends and were not dating. Fanboys and fangirl fujoshi's as I said ship them. Shit I do it all the time. But again, most of them are straight. I only know of one gay couple in a drama that's not in Gay Bangkok.

I have no idea what culture has to do with anything. I'm part of that community as I'm both Pan & A; I'm already divided by my sexuality, man. I don't divide myself by culture. So, I don't get your point. Maybe it's because I was raised American but born in another country and I'm a Black woman. I have enough shit dividing me. As for sexuality---sure they could be any sexuality. But we're not running on that variable are we? We're running on a constant. I'm saying one thing...because most of these directors run on that one thing. 2 Moons and even Advance Bravely ran on those angles straight actors - Love Sick hired straight young male actors because they are the ones that auditioned and were good. Yeah, these cultures can interchange on their dynamics.

You can say I'm raining on your parade but it's true. Even the show Queer As Folk, which was an awesome gay show had a lot of straight men on it. There were only 2 gay male characters and one man (the hottest one there by the way) he never responded if he was gay or straight. The one who had come out, the older male had very little to no romantic gay scenes. The younger teenage boy had some love scenes. Those were the only two. Everyone else was straight as an arrow and were married with kids.

Many, and I mean many of the gay roles for some strange reasons and this is across the globe tend to be played by straight men. While, you'll see a lot of straight roles are now being played by gay men. I think it's brilliant. I personally love it.

I like seeing straight men kiss each other. Makes me wonder how they feel about their sexuality and if they get aroused by it.

Anyway these two gentle have said they were straight. The actors in Love Sick have said they were straight. The actors in 2 Moons are straight---to the point it was scandal. Newyear & Both unfortunately are not together in the drama, but my meowmeows are the cutiest ever! They are a REAL gay couple and who are in dramas as gay REAL characters. Not the straight actors you guys are shipping as gay couples. I'm just saying. As I said, I ship these straight actors together too...why? Because everyone can explore their sexuality and find another side of themselves they never knew and LOVE IS BLIND! Love knows no gender and never has and never will. Hence the reason I am Pansexual. I am not pansexual out of whim. I am pansexual because I have no gender preference due to the fact I believe love is blind. I have no racial or cultural preference either---none of that shit makes sense to me.

I would like to go to Edo, Japan. Since I was the age of 15, I studied Saito Hajime. I actually want to name my son Hajime after this Captain. He was the last of the people to use the samurai and the last of the Shinsengumi. I would love to visit Edo, Japan to see where he lived and such a historical site considering that was the base for the Shinsengumi.

Mick & Bomb? gods of the Earth....

Mick ( Mick Tongraya) is from Channel 7. Absolutely handsome. Ugh, biracial. Super well known for his uber dramatic roles with the ladies. My favorite is Massaya, which is a period drama. I like him with his leading lady---but he has major chem with all his ladies.

Bomb (Tanin Manoonsilp) ---hottie, he's back in the scene---he was shut down for a while because of a stupid scandal. Stupid girl he was secretly dating outed him as secretly dating her. You don't say you're single when you're not in Thailand apparently. Anyway, he's out of being grounded and has 3 dramas in the works. He was in a super big drama called Cubic. He was stiff but in all honesty I loved him. I saw his potential and OMG, he's gorgeous.

Mick is a briliant actor and the hottest out of all of them. Absolutely. Makes the other 2 look weak. Bomb comes next he has the potential and from what I can see he's improved a lot, being grounded helps. His tan works for him too.

I'm going by what I see on screen now by what the actor has said. The reason I say that is because what the actor read in the screening is not actually what is the "real" back story what was the planned backstory on screen. This has happened countless times.

I've seen happened on The Walking Dead cast interviews, X-Files, FireFly, etc. This is definitely the case in East Asian dramas because of sudden story changes due to netizen reactions online and so on when they put out feelers. Hence the reason some stories never even get off the ground. Wasn't Ghost Boyfriend one of those dramas that never got off the ground due to feelers that failed?

Point being, what the actor has said is always what is presented in the original onscreen story and what is what I'm going by. I'm going by what TPTB is giving me.

Actually I'm quite familiar to this considering I'm part of the community myself...I'm the A & the P on the list. I really and truly do not need to be schooled. Another thing don't ask how it's possible to be both b/c that will be another cause for irritation.

Furthermore I don't think you get my point or it's lost in translation. Once again it's not a cliche even if you think it's overused---which is odd since you yourself just said they found an another aspect of their sexuality. Then many of these people have themselves.

In many of the stories---they are just creating the story of the gay boy x straight boy or the two straight boys together. However, they do have the two gay boys...plenty of them. When it comes to the first two, the story will play out that way for the straight boys. It sort of has too; they are struggling with a lot of issues.

Anyway to get back to my point the reason I find we shouldn't dispel these stories or points as cliche and marginalize them is in the same vein actually as you were stating.

I see it as these boys moving away from the title of being heterosexual, or gay, or bisexual or what not. At this point, they have found someone they love, regardless of the gender of the person. You're just coming from a different direction.

He wasn't bi, he had a female best friend. However, you're right he never mentioned he was gay. Probably because of Knock. Meh, then yeah, I guess this one would be the first I guess.
