Based on the comments, this appears to have an outstanding beginning and then too much time devoted to the antagonists. Can anyone recommend an edited version to watch? As in, "watch the first 13 episodes and then skip to epi 27" kind of thing? (just threw those random episode numbers out there....)
To everyone who concerns about Park Min Young extreme weight loss. Do you guys remember Anna Hathaway role as…
Anyone in the area of medicine knows how damaging to organ systems and general health, severe weight loss is. Based on her recent dramas it is my opinion that she very likely has an unhealthy relationship with food and her weight which makes this type of role possibly dangerous beyond a typical commitment to body changes indicated by acceptance of a role. Just because it has been done before by other actors with lauded performances should not justify this level of harm to oneself.
The ML and FL are good, but the drama is overall draggy and relies on boring tropes. The ideology behind its making…
I agree on all points. It seemed acceptable for the males to be demeaned in the female dominated state and no recognition that maybe that was as unfair as the women being submissive in another state. How about treating everyone with respect? It never asked that question. I do think that 40 episodes is too many; they could have tightened up the plot and had a superbly memorable drama in half as many.
Same here. Doing physical comedy is not easy as it can be cringy when not naturally emoted.
If you want to see Dilraba do comedy in a cute little movie, check out Mr Pride vs. Miss Prejudice. She also has considerable comedy acting chops. The humor tends toward adolescent, but I really enjoyed it.
I absolutely loved this; a sizable dose of adolescent humor but who knew Dilraba has great comedic timing and acting. Sweet little movie and a good palate cleanser from heavy dramas. I gave it a 9.5. It could not have been much better for what it what aiming for.
Love lead actors but fl character is so freaking self-centered in multiple choices that harm the male lead, I don't know if I can process past first episode.
Yang Mi was wonderful but Ethan Juan absolutely put this into the stratosphere. Wow. I believe this is now my favorite love story and I have watched HUNDREDS of dramas...
