Crazy to think the female lead filmed this as minor with her male lead lol and this is also her second show with the 2nd male lead I assume as a main lead so they must be familiar and they probably waited til she turned 18 or probably 19 in July before they decide to air it lmao. Although I definitely see in her future she will become the next major star if she plays her cards right and choose good projects in the future. She is young so now is the time to establish herself. She’s also very pretty looking at her previous works she just needs an agent to give her better scripts it’s an important time for her as she’s at the age now to take on main roles

As smart as Huai an is I do believe he anticipated that would happen to chuhao simply because everyone he makes pay there debt one way or another. I don’t better truly spares anyone

It’s probably too much to ask but the happy ending I envision for them is that Zhang Mo would go back to being the emperor. Ye Zheng as his guard and Huai An as his advisor 🥹 and they all live happily ever after

Right I was so sure st the start Huai An would intend to kill him after his purpose but as time went he seems to really value him as a friend 🥹

Everyone around Huai A seems to suffer, bc of this I worry for Zhang Mo and Ye Zheng. I’m so mad there time together is so short. We see them together for like 5 minutes before separating to do their own thing. Did you see Xu Huai a face when he met Zhang Mo and he gave him a hug. That was literally the brightest smile the entire show I mean he even laughed so fondly. He looked so happy 🥹 I really can’t bear it this show just keep giving tragic ending but I really hope the 3 of them make it to the end together and can live happy lives afterward. Literally every time he has smiled it is because of Zhang Mo and Ye Zheng 😭

I think the moments between Fangshan and Wang Pu was very sweet to me and very tragic and unfortunate and idk he was such a confusing character but I can’t say I felt sorry for him, I always wanted him to die and I didn’t really feel any sympathy for him when he died

Yall just don’t understand….this whole series is peak and I always come back to it nothing can top this absolute nonsense

It was extremely good! I loved every minute of it but unfortunately I refuse to watch the last two eps after seeing it’s a bitter sweet ending and I just can’t bear partings. I so loved Li Lianhua and Fang doubing friendship the best part of the whole show🥹Maybe one day I will I watched all the way up to ep 38 and it was the best experience and since then I have rewatched it again up until that point a second time. I have become a huge fan of cheng yi and I am watching his current drama the vendetta of An so good!

Really would love to see auntie Han skill lol cus she can barely walk yet supposedly has unparalleled skills they wouldn’t dare fight her

That is so freaking sad. The way she died was so horrible imagine being ambushed and stabbed and gutted to death by almost a hundred people. It’s so gruesome. She didn’t deserve that.
