Hello, so, I've watched the trailer and read the book a couple of times and how can you say that this looks more faithful than the original series? Addicted is a love story beetwen Gu Hai and Bai Lou Yin so anything different form that is not Addicted. Also, sorry but “the girls are love interest in the book”?! We have not read the same book it seems. Now, I'm not here to hate on this and say that people shouldn't watch this, they of course can I don't care, it's just that this is not Addicted in any way if, as the tag say, this is a censored adaptation. And side note, a skinny and pretty Gu Hai? That alone shuold give the idea of how much distant this is from the original source material.
Actually second season was shot and produced, it is not released yet tho. Hopefully 2024. There are ton of spoilers…
Where did you get this information? I really don't think they filmed anything else with Johnny and Timmy, and the video on youtube, if you are talking about the one where they are on the beach in a tent that was supposed to be a music video\teaser but it was still filmed with the first season.
