I have to agree about Na Eun, almost every scene she was in I was like "girl keep it together and have a little self-respect". Anyway, I think the main problem was that she looked very weak character-wise in comparison to Mi Ran, so that's probably why basically everything she did seems underwhelming, even tho I don't think she was that much of a bad friend all in all.

No, what I mean is, in those "bed" scenes that you mention they don't have actual sex. Since in the book it's explicitly depicted and the show follow the story very closely I can assure you that they have real sex only later on.

No nothing was skipped, I remember being the same in the book as well. Also, they don't have sex in the show ever, they just do the other stuff, although it's true that it's not entirely clear. The living situation is just like that, they spend some time in Gu Hai's apartment and then they go back Bai Luo Yin's dad and so on.
Nothing much to say really, it was good, and finally some original stories thanks to the firefighter/paramedic plotlines. Of course there were some dumb actions by the characters and inconsistencies but I could easily overlook them since the overall plot was very entertaining. I even liked the romance since it was subtle and didn't ruin the vibe.
