The gaslighting in the comment section is on another level. For every reckless decision the FL make, most audiences…
I can see the gaslighting a little, but I personally view it as for every action (usually his lying) there is a reaction (her decisions/mistakes). She's operating under, essentially, false information. Do you blame the action or the reaction? It's hard, bc he is on the wrong side of that equation, but that's how his character is written.
His lying is the driving force behind her decisions, moving her plot/character growth forward. Hopefully with the reckoning of his lies, his plot/character growth can move forward also.
Quite frankly, I find it refreshing when the FL isn't blamed for everything in cdrama land. Especially by netizens.
Bossman hasn't made it official to the squad yet. But the little gossipers do end up referring to her as ladyship in the more recent episodes regardless.
The FL’s experience in butchering animals, her strength equal to four men, and her top‑tier sword skills make…
When she flayed his brachial artery (right under the armpit down to the elbow) longways, he was set to die. The hulk smashing was to make sure he's dead dead 💀 you can tell the fight coordinator did some butchering homework. How to bleed an enemy pig 101. Brutally accurate.
In which moment? When he saw her dressed as a soldier or when she killed the big bad?
All of the above and more, bc the Marquis drags this man into every half-baked plan pertaining his wifey. Petition for General Wu to get a raise and someone check the man's blood pressure.
Items needed to be a military advisor/counselor. Robes that do not belong on the battlefield, an ornate but kinda useless feathered fan, and a just as useless instrument to be played pre-battle... bc vibes. It's adorable that the Marquis hates scholars but his bestie is literally their leader. Headmaster Gongsun, you win.
I am saying since yesterday poor subordinate is not paid enough for his job. Wdym Princess wants punishment too?
Princess for the win. She's a girls girl. Could you imagine the world of trouble the Marquis and his army of theater troupe would be in had she, a royal, kneeled to them? Using her status to checkmate. I am loving her addition to the adaptation.
