legit question, is it only me, but whenever a kissing screen is approaching, I start giggling and covering my…
It's been three years since I fell into Kdramaland and I STILL can't explain why I go absolutely insane when they touch hands 💀😭😭 Kdramas just know how to do it right IDK but I love it so much... the emotions and the expressions and the slow buildups make it all just fit together like art
Great review and comment.I have low expectations for these kinds of Cdramas, and yet this one managed to slide…
I totslly agree. It was worth getting bewitched by the ML, but he kinda even lost his spellcasting abilities in the last few episodes with all the unnecessary tragic melodrama
Yeah it was a decent watch but didn’t get why some were calling it a masterpiece…literally how you said it….they…
Lol i totally understand... i personally didnt mind the whole sibling lookalike thing since they had been separated when they were still kids - but i honestly wanted to see what would happen when the mom met FL Xdd 💀💀💀 the cOnfUsiOn
It made no sense from start to end. I was in the mood to watch a really nice fluffy trash drama, and that's the only reason I made it through all 24 eps. The writers were high on somethig serious, and ended up putting in every single drama trope in existence - illegitimate children, car accidents, murderous family members, corporate warfare, old rich grandpas, doppelgangers, supposed dead people coming back to life, spoilt rich psychos, idiot women who blindly chase uninterested men, drowning, ML trauma, underwater CPR, computer-savvy and hottie bodyguard sidekicks, lies, noble idiocy, crashed weddings, childhood trauma, parental favoritism, endless fighting for the CEO position, kidnapping attempts, weird foreign actors -- you name it, the writers managed to stuff it into this.
I'd say the most exciting parts were the first 6 eps and then directly skip to ep 16. The FL starts out dumb, is hella cool in the middle, then gets a little dumber, then becomes better, then finishes off with one last airhead move. The ML was by far the most interesting person in the show, but they mellowed him down so badly toward the end that the entire "lethal' side of him disappeared. However, ill admit it, the kissing scenes were GOOD. They were really, really good.
This was very well done in many ways. I do wish they would have stopped telling the king to “forget” his first…
Referring to the parts when FL was pretending to channel the late wife - she tells him "you should stop asking for me and let me rest" He's plagued with guilt and grief and she was trying to get him to let go of that, not forget the person

It was more like "let go of" than "forget". They're all trying to convince him to let go of the hurt and the guilt and leave her as a memory instead of reliving her death over and over every day.
totally agree aand it is always at the expense of the ML..thx for the warning.. def. wont watch this show 😅🤭
I hatee love triangles where we don't know who the FL really likes, but she makes it clear from Day 1 that she likes ML. SL was always a friend and i like that she doesn't yo-yo between the two. She and SML had a nice supportive bff relationship that she made very clearly platonic so idk why anyone would find it heartrending if they just respect the FL's feelings/perspective. SL was in a one-sided love, thats all.
He even got his own arc in the end so writernim didn't even leave him hanging pitifully in a state of eternal sadness - what's there to complain?
there is a part of the main trailer of this drama, where it seems that the leads end up together in bed and i…
Should i even watch last week's eps? I come home after a holiday and everyone in the comments have gone insane XDD drama seems to have taken some wild turns
man I don't understand the hate for jcw every single drama you guys hate on him every single time every single…
Adore him but i personally didn't enjoy anything he was in after Suspicious Partner. I loved his dual roles in Healer, his badass self in K2, and the hilarious, adorable mess that was Suspicious Partner(please please give me more of Lawyer Wookie losing it every two seconds and their chaotic meetings XDD). I know people like to hate that one because they didnt like the FL's styling but the cast and characters were awesome. Everything went downhill after Melting Me Softly imo that one was just bad
Well, yes... there's a lot of stuff you'll miss if you dont watch S1. They draw a lot of parallels and show how…
This one is actually favored as the best version by many fans because the ML's character is more expressive here(Joe Cheng uses a whole range of expressions to communicate a lot of details that make the character more lovable and realistic - ofc he's not like perfect but for 2004 its really good).
Admittedly, S2 is way better because they're past the silly high school stuff... but imo it will add depth to S2 if you watch S1. You see ML overcoming the things he struggled with in S1, becoming more considerate and helping his brother avoid making the same mistakes he did. You see the FL also becoming a little more independent and you can truly appreciate the extremely supportive family. I guess you can skip S1 but you'd miss quite a few character details.
Hola! Do you "have" to watch the first season before you watch this one?
Well, yes... there's a lot of stuff you'll miss if you dont watch S1. They draw a lot of parallels and show how the characters have grown up amd developed from when they were just kids. There's also an arc where they bring an old character into the drama so you might feel a little lost.
What on EARTH was this episode?!! I've lost the courage to watch this on air.
I honestly liked both main leads and their bickering chemistry. The side characters are all mostly annoying and the SML is boring. Its the kind of drama where the chemistry and plot will make or break it, and it's not looking very good rn
Gonna go watch Terrius Behind Me again lol its SPY TIME XDD

Not conflicted at all about the SML though... I absolutely LOVE how the writers took his arc
