Simei seems to be that one funny, reckless character the writer treats as comedy material. I like her and hope she doesn't get hurt, but it was funny to see her imaginations with the soldier guy. AND they have a childhood connection. So I think I'll ship it like any other fluffy rom-com.

WHY is everyone saying ML is the one who ruined FL's entire career? Wasn't he just in charge of the lighting? Those trashy company people told him to do it, he did it! Yeah, he was hard-hearted. He could have tried saving the day by rebelling against the manager or something, but everyone can't just naturally blame him for everything wrong that happened to her! It was the manager's plan, not his. Even if he hadn't done what he did, that manager said that it was always their plan to debut only LinLin!
AND he apologized at the start, which is something not many MLs do. Of course it became a misunderstanding, but, from his perspective, he asked for her forgiveness and received it.
The episodes are just getting funnier and funnier. I REALLY loved Episode 6 😂😂 I've been re-watching that scene where Youngjae imagines how Kang Hui ended up with the torn shirt a MILLION times because it was just so freaking FUNNY! I had tears rolling down my cheeks from laughing so hard and the entire episode was such a dorky clown fest 🥰 I haven't laughed so hard in months. Love how they manage to pull off the comedy without making it too cringey or annoying. I'm enjoying this light watch.
When will Wang Yiding come backkkkk I'm crying with frustration over these characters' choices 😭 I feel like they're my kids because I've watched them grow up. I like it when they're happy but watching them make weird decisions is so hard! Sanli and the cousin's relationship are the BEST but they get so less screen-time!!!

I love the second-chance genre so I've watched quite a few... I think 18 Again is my favorite. Familiar Wife and Go Back Couple come second together because I just can't decide. And Emergency Couple comes last because I thought it was a little toxic.
I love how 18 Again captures so many different relationships so well... In-laws, two generations of parents, siblings, friends, single parents... everything was so beautifully done. I also love the flashbacks and all the parent-child interactions we get to see. I liked seeing the portrayal of the teen parents' struggles.
