link seems to be http://tv.toggle.sg/en/channel8/shows/the-legend-of-miyue/episodes but it will only play if it recognises your IP as Singaporean ... not sure how long it will take them to get to same episode count as LeTV , currently they are at ep6

ep37 is up now ... seems 1 or 2 episodes a week was too optimistic, still I will keep my fingers crossed more will be posted with English subs on the LeTV official youtube channel

The episodes are loaded on official youtube channel . "YoYo Television Series Exclusive" . they seem to add a couple of subtitled ones each week, as of 29/11 until episode 17 is subbed

ep 36 is now up with decent English subs on the LeTV official youtube channel, seems we are getting 1 or 2 episodes subbed a week ... I can live with that ... lets keep our fingers crossed

Nov 2017 : The subs till episode 29 seem to be OK on the LeTV official youtube channel (a few glitches here and there for some episodes ... you will have to suffer some bad subs for those on one of the other streaming sites).
LeTV seem to be asking actively for people to help with the subs.
This drama is really really good in its genre, but unless you do not need English subs you better be prepared to wait to finish it until real English subtitles are added ...
I will be checking sporadically on the LeTV youtube channel if they have progressed further.

You should care about this stuff, you might find that nobody wants to spends hours/days of their own time doing subs because all the sites that just keeps ripping off other people's work. By the way most of these sites are just ad virus infected disasters.
Give credit where credit is due and we might get more Cdrama enjoyment for everybody!!!!
