the romance plot of season 2 tho is super 🫰🏻

it's pretty full of nonsense but i don't regret watching it. it's well-acted so you can kind of forget about the plotholes if you try

Like nobody tries to take Jang Uk's ice stone first, they just go straight to destroying the world, but like for what? the ice stone? Also why is Jin Mu leading an army of soul shifters when he isn't one? he wasn't a soul shifter until after he failed the first plan so he didn't need it and he's literally already risen to be like the supervising emperor so why would he do any of this? his acting is so good you can almost forget that his character makes ZERO sense. also why do all the good guys tolerate him? he rises in power after ordering naksu to kill everyone. the first season was very good but the second season is full of plotholes. still it was fun.

ya'll i'm on the final episode of this drama and it's fun but can someone tell my what Jin Mu's goal is with all of this? Cause I swear they haven't told us what the goal of all this is. Jin Mu already is the Gwanju and isn't a soul shifter so like why? ya know?

i loved this drama but lee jaewook is so significantly better at acting than jung somin that its distracting. i'm honestly so happy that the second season starred a better actress.

Jang Gang is the lamest character in the history of all characters.

whoever is deciding which korean webtoons to adapt lately has great taste.

The tragedy of Yeon-hee's death replays in my mind often bc of how incredibly upsettingly realistic and pointless it is. The way it will never leave my memory. A moment that I could see coming and yet could not see any way of preventing. I still remember reaching my hands out as if I could stop her from making such a pointless decision. I honestly will never ever forget how heartbreaking that moment was. I'm still so sad. It's been several months since i i finished the series that's 50ep long and yet when i think back this moment is all i can think of. Truly few moments in all of television/film haunt me the way that scene does. I have no specific goal with this comment other than to find out if anyone else feels this way. I came here at 12:30AM on a Saturday after recalling it for no specific reason and needed to know if i'm the only one that can't forget it. I swear I don't know if a suicide in any series has felt this realistic before. I'm still reeling. Please save me by telling me i'm not alone.
