i loved it but there are some very silly parts of this drama that people will pick apart. regardless of those silly parts though, it's extremely well-written so anyone who says otherwise is nitpicking. something being poorly written and something having silly aspects are not the same.

Can we just talk about how dude is super talented with a beautiful voice and great music? usually the idols/music is so average in these. If that's his real voice, this dude deserves real fame. I came here just to say this.

i know i couldn't believe how many things she's been in at only 23. she's awesome. especially since yang yang is 40 i assumed she was at least almost 30

no it's the fact that the only thing they sacrifice is her early admission to medical school despite almost sending an innocent person to prison and then even though they didn't lose anything they act as if they've overcome a huge ordeal and have changed. the entire time all they have to do is admit he's not the killer and provide evidence and they almost die in order to go to send a daughter to medical school is the definition of satire. kim hyena ends up dead and they learn almost nothing in the process. that's the satire. the entire series is a satire of elite korea. nobody learns anything and he murdered his daughter and they all sing kumbayah and say thank you to her for it. it's supposed to be abusrd.

can someone tell me as someone who lives for satire and drama, is the penthouse anything like sky castle? any dramas other than penthouse that you would recommend to someone who enjoyed this as the critical comedy masterpiece it is? i really can't get over this drama it's a problem.
