I still think there's a grey area for GSJ and GYZ. they are thirsty for power but I don't think they would do anything to harm the Gong family. at least I don't think GSJ would. GYZ on the other hand just follows whatever his cousin says so I believe he must have done evil things to help his cousin become SW. As for SFL, one obvious reason she's working so had to complete her mission is because if she doesn't she'll die a painful death. so she has to get information or do something that wufeng will accept. I don't think that's evil. FL is doing the same thing

I agree with the people who think that birth record is to hide his mother's identity (maybe his identity is nobler because of his mother) but he's still a Gong. so the medical record won't drag GZY down

tbh, I'm treating this like a long form k drama, which these days long means 20-24 episodes each episode with 1 hour 6 minutes at most. so to me it is still long, just that we get 1 episode every day. and like another said, quality over quantity. the cinematography is already gorgeous and the cast is great, with supporting cast stealing scenes. all it needs to be perfect is if the plot is kept tight to the end

can I just say I like how this drama concludes its episodes properly. even if it leaves on a cliffhanger there is a sense that the story told in the episode has been concluded. the long episode dramas are great but they start a new arc at the last 10 minutes of the episode and leave it hanging halfway all of a sudden with everyone frozen on the screen. I think this one benefits from having longer episodes than the usual 40 minutes

same. I think he's annoying at times and is a bit narcissistic but he's competent and honestly deserves the sword wielder title atp. I wish he would stop grabbing SGQ like that all the time though
