Why even bother wasting everyone's time when you clearly had zero ideas, no plot, and no budget? If you only had five minutes of real content per episode, why not just give us some cute fluff with the couples instead of giving us a half-baked "storyline" you couldn’t even finish? And the release schedule ? To drop 10-minute "episodes" where half the time was wasted on recaps, credits, intros, and previews? Why ? Becuse of views and membership ??
They should just spent the time and give them a new series and one of Bell and Praifah
Simple, kinda fun but also hella boring. I'd give it a 6.5–7/10. I'm trying to give C-dramas another shot, but I'm not impressed so far. Got any recommendations for good ones?
I've seeing the comparsions for weeks, and I have to say: this is nothing like Brewing Love. The story takes a while to find its footing, but one thing is certain-each episode gets better. Episode 10 was one of the strongest. Unlike Brewing Love, which relied on emotionless plotlines, this show is both funny and entertaining.
Brewing Love was a chore to watch. It tried to present the perfect green card ML, who came off as bland in every way, and it focused on the brewing and business aspects without any meaningful depth. Although Brewing Love aimed for complex characters and hard topics, it failed to deliver on any of them-whether it was the ML, FL, 2ML, or 2FL.Here, they know what they want to handle, and they do it well
I love this series—it’s on track to be one of the greats! But I’m still a little annoyed about that scene they tacked on at the end. I don’t know if someone got pressured by the sponsors, but it just didn’t fit. I mean, they’ve sprinkled product placements throughout the whole series but not like this, why ruin the story flow with a random scene? Seriously, did they sign a contract saying at least one 'mama ok' product placement in every episode?
the final episode dragged like I never see a drama drag before..overall it's between 7-7.5. I can't see my self rewatching it. 2025 has been a weak year so far.
This series was interesting in that the first half was crap—stretched out just to fill eight episodes—but the last half was actually entertaining. I understand the concept of finding its footing, but the quality rose drastically from episode 4 onward. It's like they got a new writer or finally managed to develop the actual plot. for a comedy, there were too many misses for me. The whole experience was 5/10 for me but the last 2 ep made rate it a 6.5/10.
Is Wednesday cursed for GL dramas? First, we had Dream, then Unlock Your Love, and now... this? How did we go from one of the strongest pilots to this bland mess? Honestly, the only reason I'm still watching is that I have nothing else to do on my lunch break—I’m just not feeling it. It’s failing on every front: as a GL, a sci-fi, a romance, a medical drama, and a mystery. What is it succeeding at ?
At this point, there’s barely any chemistry between the leads. And don’t even get me started on that comment Kliao’s friend made. Why is she even in this show? Her and her crush feel so unnecessary. Time should’ve been spent developing Kilao’s family dynamics, the villain, and, obviously, the main couple—so why are we wasting it on her?
And those flashbacks with the "Boomer parent problems"? A complete waste of screen time. Girl, you’re still in school, sneaking off to sing in a bar at night without permission or supervision, all while living under your parents' roof. What parent would just be okay with that?
Ugh, I need the book. There’s definitely a good story here, but the series isn’t gonna deliver it right ? The buildup just isn’t there—like cutting away from that crucial rooftop scene and only giving us a tiny snippet at the end? With only 8 episodes, why waste time on a side couple with the ptsd subplot? They could’ve used that time to develop the main story organically instead of throwing in that weird scene to make Kliao to understand the consequences of reversing time. nothing about that scene was setup right .
