i havent come across a drama with such likable characters like li bing and chen shi in a long time. very refreshing in the dramaworld. this is a very endearing, comfort drama. i’ll sure miss it 🫶
there’s too many faults to comment on. i won’t even waste my energy to write a review listing all of them. most watchers are lamenting on the ending but beyond that, theres really too many faults in both seasons (evidently season 2 more than season 1) all in all i wont recommend this at all, i hardly ever say this but save yourself and watch something else. please.

it hurts my heart that they're censoring this (what an L to take there, korea. i hope at least it's censoring and not straightwashing) but they successfully casted yoon chan young....and...!!!! won tae min oh my love ;-; sigh i guess i'll be tuning in for them but i think i'll read the webtoon side by side to fill in the gaps. here we go again, i'm getting war flashbacks from all of china's censored works
the first episode was solid. its so nice of them to air it on yt for us with subs too.
im so proud of donghyun. when he got emotional and shed a few tears, it really struck my heart hes so talented and deserves so much :C his team did so well too!! i honestly wouldnt have been able to choose one of them if i were the judge.
side note jay chang did so good on If you too. his voice colour is so great.
hey i've been trying to look up whether the uncanny resemblance of xu si and xu san to the guardian's main characters was intentional or not i just can't get over that. their characterization felt so intentionally done - down to the lollipop and the glasses
