Why is it that the perfect plan is always ruined by: 1) impulsive and emotionally-driven unprofessionals - What part of just get the proof and don't do anything rash did she not understand? I wouldn't even have trusted the female agent considering she tried to shoot at the spies when they retrieved the phone during the beginning of the hostage situation. 2) imperfectly timed klutziness - someone is on the other side of the door. Don't move. Don't touch anything. Act like how you would act when you are passing by glassware in a convenient store.
Notable mention: are you really that greedy to try to find the bag of money when people are escaping? You don't really think you can keep/hide it once you get out right?
Also, it's so unrealistic how none of the hostages have been hurt (except for the annoying son) and there's been so many empty threats. I understand the humanity in captors, but they're also soldiers. It's very annoying to see, and finally Dr. Kang shows the realistic heart of a soldier. She can have empathy but doesn't let personal feelings get in the way.
Uh anyone please enlighten me, I think I kind of lost. Why is that to win the election they have to kill the hostages?…
I was lost too. They said they want to have the hostages killed to invoke anger amongst the voters. I'm assuming it's geared towards any potential communist-sympathizers and protestors against the current party. They'll be persuaded to concede and vote for the current party to stay in power to go against the North; any issues they've had with the ruling party is put as second priority now.
When I first saw the title of the show, I thought that it was weird. It starts off with the main couple breaking up? How long will it last? The entire show? That would be a weird concept. Is it something like the couple breaks up and then the show is them falling in love again? No...it really is them breaking up the entire show.
I love dramas about the fashion industry and I get that they are trying to bring a sense of Korean pride to the audience, but how many times are they going to mention that domestic brands are losing edge? Then they will do something great as a domestic brand and underdog to make FL look good...and then they lose edge again? I'm rooting for So Young and Chi Hyung to get together. It does play the troupe of having a misunderstanding and "not like the other girls," but it's light and fun. The female in the second couple is too annoying so I skip her scenes.
i've seen some theories about dusik actually had a wife and a child but lost it on accident. if this true, it's…
Is the drama supposed to be based on a book? I just finished binge watching the show yesterday. What made people theorize Du Sik having had a wife and child?
It was funny to me that Tong Yao doesn't understand Korean, but Cheng Xiao does. Kun has a lot of aegyo, especially towards Cheng Ge. I actually find him adorable.
The major similarities I saw between Joon and Jung (the ML from Cheese in the Trap) were that they were charismatic and liked by pretty much everyone. In a way, they were also manipulative, by faking their nice personality to appease people and establish some sort of social power. We also see there is a sense of indignance and spite towards the people they are surrounded with but having to continue maintaining their nice facade. Then, we get introduced to another lead who sees through the act. Joon and Jung start to show more of their real side, which is colder, and their facade begins to falter in front of that other lead.
I was hoping So Bin and Soo Hyun would get together. I thought the part of how everyone seemed useless in the group and he thought she was too, until he realized he made a mistake was a way for her to start melting his guard. Now, looking at the relationship chart, it seems like it won't happen. https://kisskh.at/photos/RnE4P_3 Jun being more friendly to So Bin might be because he saw her talking to Soo Hyun and he's using her to get closer to Soo Hyun. I'm getting Cheese in the Trap vibes from this show.
I liked how they didn't drag the meeting and moving in too much. I don't really like when the first ep shows the individual lives of the two leads and then have them meet at the end of the first ep. The pacing of this is nice, and there will be more time for the actual plot to move along
by legend(?) they have 9 tails, and in this drama's logic, every tail grow once a hundred year by sucking humen…
I thought it would turn blue if they suck enough human energy. That's why Hye Sun, who sucks the humans dry, was able to turn into a human faster than Shin Woo Yeo, who apparently is more picky. But there was a scene where the marble turned blue while it was in Dam's body, so not sure why that is (I'm sure it'll act as a plot catalyst). I think that's why Woo Yeo looked confused/shocked.
Okay so I was thinking of starting this but I've seen the character relationship chart... can anybody tell me…
The ex-gf doesn't randomly appear after leaving. It's more like they still run in the same circle and there's a complicated past that makes the present even more complicated (animosity between some characters, buried leftover feelings).
Oookay, did not expect the ending. There's no way she only chose to be with one guy at the end. She's been lying so easily for years now, and she suddenly just decides to start telling the truth? I don't believe her when she says "You're my only one. My feelings are true." She doesn't plan her lies beforehand, they just sort of come out in the moment. She also never came clean about the other 2 to the guy at the end...She might have recycled the same confession to the other guys.
