ML doesn’t deserve her. He’s basically a villain tbh, no backbone whatsoever. His insanely bad acting probably doesn’t help. haha. Zhu Jai Qian, on the other hand, is brilliant!! Both her acting and spunky character are awesome. I’m only watching for her at this point. Can’t wait to see her in more established roles!

I’m on ep 3 and man… she really is so unlikeable. She’s oblivious to how pushy and obnoxious she is to everyone around her. How she orders people around is so so yuck. 🤮

I COMPLETELY agree with all of this. I was looking for someone who felt the same way! When they broke up I was like - good. He wasn’t letting her into his life at all and bc of that it was so easy for her to think the worst about everything.

I also kinda think they aren’t well suited? He seems too old for her. She’s young - she should enjoy being young, not forced to be more mature than her time.

I loved him in Flower of Evil and even his cameo in Busted S2 and then when I realised he was the same guy from Flower Boy Next Door I almost fell off my chair!!!! He looks younger now than he did then! Shook!

When did she realise she wasn’t Feng Wu? I competently missed it. I’m at ep 13 and she just said to herself “I hope he would still love me knowing I’m not Feng Wu” I was like....waaa?

Like its not a bad story, I'm enjoying it even though its pretty cliché. But definitely not at the same level of quality as the filming. Sometimes I'm watching like...damn! this shot looks so gorgeous! haha.

Just such a weird mix with the typical melodrama of a cdrama and high quality, stunning visuals. lol.

He had a scandal - I’m pretty sure it was drink driving. That’s why in Busted 2 he’s not in the main titles and they basically cut him from every scene he is in. You’ll notice he is only ever showed in the group and never given a close up of just him. Super awkward.
