i like Kim Go Eun but she doesn't really shine in romance roles, and I know i might get flak for saying this, but I really wanted to say it, she just doesn’t seem to fit well in the romance dramas of hers that I’ve seen.
she had good chemistry with wi ha joon tho
But still, I'll watch everything this writer and director creates.
I think this will be the final cast, actors wouldn't wanna miss out on this writer's dramas. Lol, it's going to be a guaranteed hit, no matter the quality of the script.
I'm simply appreciating the beauty of the female cast, just like everyone else is admiring Park Hyung Sik's looks, so why am I the only one being called a simp?
does calling someone beautiful mean I'm a simp ? i don't think so
i am not making ts up but making 'hating on strong and bold women in media' your whole personality trait is seriously…
I get what you're saying, and I've noticed a lot of your comments in mdl about this topic. It's funny how no one directly addresses your points or engages in a proper discussion, they just resort to personal attacks. I just wanted to say I agree with you, but we kind of have to accept it. A lot of K-drama audiences these days, mainly young or teen girls and older women, seem to enjoy watching male leads chasing or pining after female leads while they don't give attention to them. They often self-insert into these female characters because it's their fantasy, and that's what they like to see in K-dramas (because these things generally don't happen in real life). They want to feel special. This has led to an increase in boring, green flag, bland, simp, or virgin male leads because that's what the target audience, especially the international audience, prefers. There's not much we can do about it.
I recently watched the first four episodes of "Law and the City" and was surprised to see the male lead having an ex, imagine that scenario, lol.
Her acting is generally decent, but I feel that Park Shin Hye truly shines in crying scenes, along with Han Hyo Joo and Seo Ye Ji.
When it comes to Go Eun, I feel she often overdoes it in most scenes, especially in romance dramas, but I still like her.
but you might be onto something

Yeah, the title isn’t the best, but at least it’s not too generic😅
