the female lead only had one expression on her face throughout the first episode, she is going to make this drama unwatchable for me if she doesn't improve
their communication in these episodes was so freaking mature, xia chu was clearly able to express herself and put herself out there for Liang Muze to read. I just love the fact that he didn't end up hurt from the previous episode and just never had a chance to clear up the air. Her concerns are so valid and I am so glad she told them right to his face
I don't blame Xia Chu for helping her friend and actually defending Zhou Ran for the following reasons:
1. She is naive and having your first love be a murderer isnt an everyday thing 2. She is defensive towards him because of how much value he had in her life, it kind of reflects worse on her if someone she liked so much is suddenly poisoning her housemate. 3. There is no way you can expect her to not trust her best friend when there is not that much proof and i'm looking forward to see her find the truth and hopefully act rationally.
on another note, im excited to see her mature side in the future episodes and hopefully some character development from Xia Chu's end.
That entire change in tone with the 13th episode, OMFG, completely stepped up its game in that episode and actually made me super excited for what is to come.
Xia Chu character is really annoying. She chose to move out instead of explaining to LMZ what she learned bout…
I think the reason why she didn't explain it to him is because she thought the pills switch was happening for herself, since those were her own sleeping pills that she gave to him. She was her best friend do that and didn't want to put Liang Muze under any other danger because of her personal problems with Zhou Ran. Moreover, I don't think she will willingly throw her best friend under the bus and would rather take some sort of responsibility and in this case it is by moving out
I didn't expect such a bad performance from Li Qin, and her character is even worse. She is so unsuitable for…
I get the fact that they are trying to make her like a "ball of sunshine", someone who is like loud and talkative but somewhere due to how disinterested Liang Muze is, it just doesnt work. The conversation falls flat and so one sided in some places. I hope it gets better when the angst kind of comes and she is forced to be more mature. I wish they had casted some one other than Li Qin cause she is not the type of actresses with those cutesy images and one who can pull off the role, esp if they were going to make her that childish. Li Qin is just not comfortable on screen doing that character and is overcompensating for it which just doesn't come off well like at all. Knowing how strong Li Qin is at doing a badass character, they could have utilised her full potential, given her a scalpel and a gun and yelled "You Go Queen". I blame the scriptwriter for ruining it. sorry for the rant, i got a little carried away there
I think it was just misunderstandings on top of misunderstandings. I'm happy they're not the main cp otherwise…
If it wasnt for the misunderstandings, I actually like them as a side couple esp now that they have started communicating well and are working towards betterment. Their characters are actually really well written imo
The ML is a highly trained member of the Chinese Special Forces with even more elite training from around the…
I am pretty sure he would rather trust what he directly saw and heard which is that she has difficulty being with special forces members rather than try to deduce her love for him. She does care for him, yes, but is it enough for him to declare his love for her and give him the assurity that she wont let her hesitance come in between and refuse the love. He has made small gestures to figure out how much she really meant that line and personally i believe that is the best way to go
I am not really able to get into the characters and ship them. They seem so disconnected apart from their online friendship connection (to me). I wish we saw a little bit more of friendship rather than the editor, author relationship before they confessed to each other. Also, it might be just me but the fact that Jiang Yu Cheng is such a big part of their relationship, in the way he specifically instructs the ML what to do so many times and they manage to work every damn time. In this way, Yu Cheng seems like a better fit for Chu Li cause he understands her more
basically, it showed that there were two jang hyuks. so while she was in a relationship with jang ki yong's character,…
im weirdly satisfied that da eun actually was not cheated on and had the last laugh, would be shit if she actually ended up with him after him being an ass, they werent meant to be to begin with
