As you said, you can guess 90% of the plot, please tell me about it. Why was the kid dead? Why did she kill the white snake when we saw the preview that the white is back? Was it past or future?? Which life is it? 2nd or 3rd?? Is li qing yue really li qingyue or faking the persona?
Watch few more episodes and it will start to make sense cause many of us are suspecting that she is only pretending…
Because she out of nowhere goes to kill her spirit snake and the first time she saw that spirit snake, she was emotionally looking at the snake. So we viewers believe that she is pretending to kill that snake to free it even though she gave excuses like she killed the snake because it was a reason of her parent's death and the excuse doesn't excuse. Watch ep 6 and you will know why we are suspicious of her.

Because this is li qingyue's voice which will change soon. If they used bailu's voice, then they wouldn't get such pitchy voice which expresses the naive li qingyue. Watch 1 ep more, it won't sound weird anymore. (I'm a huge fan of bailu's voice and disliked this dubbing at ep 1 too but soon realized that it was needed to show li qingyue's character development)

Umm...you sound like an idiot. In the first episode, Bai jiusy made sure that we viewers know that li qingyue exactly looks like his ex-wife and he is kind of sure that she is his ex-wife, so he wants to know if she really is or not. Also, he came there because whenever li qingyue gets hurt, he feels the pain too. And li qingyue gave him a promise to marry him as she has already kissed him and she thought he was good looking. Why did you not get this simple thing? Don't you know how to read English subtitles??

What are you saying? I am loving the plot, CGI, and dubbing. What's cliche about the plot? I never watched any xianxia with this plot. Are you a hater?
Before watching this drama, l was very tensed because it's another xianxia and all the xianxia dramas are almost same. Like a mission to find something to complete a goal and in the journey, the ml and FML meets but surprisingly this xianxia is not about this cliche plot. It's more than this. There's comedy ( first 6 eps) and we as viewers can't trust the leads wholly. It feels like they are not what they are showing, there's something deeper they are cooking which l'm in love with.
Earlier l had an issue with dubbing but dayum, this dubbing totally justifies li qing yue's character and l believe her voice will change when she's not the naive girl anymore. So, l get why voice dubbing was needed. (I'm loving the plot)
Anddd bailu's acting talent is top notch which she proved again. Her micro expressions are just perfect and fantastic. I can't help but mention Bai juisy's (juicy juicy 😏) killer smirks. Dayum, zhen shunxi on white hair is killing it and definitely our girl is too pretty and angelic.
If anybody here writes that this drama ain't excellent then that person hasn't watched the drama, and she's here because she wants to confuse people. (I as a drama fan would love to see lots of people expressing what they loved about this drama.) Btw, l loved the CGI. So go and cry haters
