This drama is pleasant enough to pass an hour or so。 it has the virtue of being simple and to the point and does not drag or become overly melodramatic、 but it has the defects of its virtues： underdeveloped characters and storyline。 something I have noticed typical of Taiwan BL’ LGBTQ+ dramas is the close ups of toned and ripped bodies to delight the senses and no doubt ensure the audience keeps watching、 though for me this is less important than good script and acting。the 6 rating seems rather harsh given it must be judged for what it is I think。🩷🌈

this is a really very good chinese school drama and in my opinion deserves a better rating it includes many good stories in the short episodes and is realistic and the spirit of camaraderie among the boys comes over very well and there is great chemistry between the two male leads of different backgrounds。 the script and production are very tightly constructed including a lot in the short episodes without any feeling of cutting the corners。Chinese censors of course make sure we do not a wrong impression but you can use your imagination 🩷
