88 one minute episodes? what genius thought this up where is the logic even?it will take longer to set up each video。maybe suffers from ADHD designed for such viewers but、 even my attention span is longer than this
HIStory 1 Obsessed for me this is somewhat difficult to understand I confess、 I thought this was real reincarnation story but how is he in same body and same age (is it an eternal cycle type ?)maybe I am missing something。 anyway episode 2 was pretty awful but it goes with the theme of obsession that implies uncontrolled I suppose the weakest of the three stories in my opinion 7.5 [low end of spectrum for me] 〜though none of these dramas were particularly good 、 so 8 average
History 1 stay away from me nice story and ending though、 the transition of Duke Wu from unsympathetic arrogant slob to sweet hurt rejected lover does not really ring true
There are many Chinese dramas of this type with the trope of clever boy and bad boy coming together though this is better than others I think。But the censorship is frustrating。I noticed a deleted scene in episode 6 where the two boys were supposed to hug as a dare for a game lost by Jin Zhan。It really is pathetic how the Chinese censor harmless scenes。 Do they think they will stop people being gay by a policy of hiding it and keeping it not socially "acceptable"? nonetheless this is a lovely series I like because I could always look forward to coming away with a positive or uplifting message、 the kids shown here are all so friendly and helping each other。 it is a good advertisement for Chinese education system but then is it a true picture or as I suspect idealized
I really came to like this: a series of supernatural stories revolving around the friendship、 with clear homoerotic intent、between a demon and demon hunter 。 the various stories are uneven and some lacked momentum、for me the last one about the scholar and spirit of the painting、 also by no coincidence homoerotic、 is the most beautiful and poetic。the ending brings everything together sweetly。 the production values are obviously limited although it is strong on creating atmosphere、 even a numinous quality if you let your imagination flow。this may not appeal to everyone〜 maybe just those with bizarre tastes like me❤️🌈
on the positive side the mystery and action were involving and the first 6 or 7 episodes and the drama managed to inject a lot of amusement even against a background of graphic violence without becoming tasteless and the characters and their interactions were fun to watch、 then for me it sagged in the middle due to over emphasis on romance and the plot lines flashbacks and characters from the past became so complicated I had to constantly re-wind to figure them out and I noticed the drama had to periodically stop while characters gave us a summary of who was related to who and how this was related to that and from there it just went downhill and the denouement was really too silly for words。 most important of all the rationale for everything that happened、 on which the whole drama was predicated 、was completely undercut by it [more on this in my spoiler comment in review]. some allowance I can make for the supernatural element in the story to excuse plot holes and coincidences but for me the use of the psychometric element was not well handled it was never convincing as a real part of An's character just something convenient to push the story forward and cover up for the usual police incompetence: to integrate such an ability and lead anything like a normal life would be far more difficult than shown in this drama if not impossible. it seems to me they apparently wanted to combine a hard crime and supernatural drama with fluffy romance and soap opera elements and it just does not work if I read correctly the two stars here are k pop idols branching into drama and maybe this is why it was written in this way? the epilogue was too long and too syrupy。 not a re-watch for me I'm afraid。
Last chapter began delightfully and there were some tender moments during the drama 🩷🌈 however、considered as a whole for me the story was rather thin and after the slow-burn angst for 7 episodes the plot was rather quickly and conveniently wrapped up in the "Last Chapter";this is also another case where the ost is nice but too intrusive maybe producers should learn you do not need to mark every change of scene with the same refrain and this is not a substitute for script and acting 〜〜or even silence。so very good but not a perfect 10 for me
As to review of Architect of Nonsence immediately I have to say why the big highlight of ” NORMAL ”this is just regurgitating Chinese discrimination as though persons with LGBTQ+ orientation are somehow less ”normal” than anyone else: if you want to say relationship is more like brothers or straight say it、you don't need to use prejudiced labels that stigmatize minorities even if not intended

from unpromising start this turned out quite well [with reservations : in spoiler comment]
8.5
