Honestly yes, I really loved Berlin from the start in the original version. Pedro Alonso had so much charisma and I was really intrigued about his backstory. Excuse me but who would not like the original badass Tokyo? Maybe you are just not easily attacked to characters. And I´m sorry but if the creators didn´t want people to judge and compare ... they could have just create an original series. That s the problem with remakes they are high risk and they either rise up highly or fall down highly, but they will always be compared. Also, you are literally on a website where people write reviews and you are criticising people for being judgemental? Isn´t that the point of MDL? To write reviews, talk about dramas and judge them?
I've watched the original. and I think it's the same. the original isn't that great either
but you can compare the first season of the Spanish version to the first season of the Korean one. The first two seasons of the Spanish version were just so much fun and took you on an adrenaline journey and if this doesn´t then the fun is gone and there is nothing much left.

thank you for your comment. I was just thinking about whether I should give season 2 a try. I liked the first one, don´t take me wrong. it is a good show, I like medical dramas, I also like shows that focus on multiple characters but as good as the first season was, I wondered whether the second one was worth it because ... nothing much happens in the romantic lines and also I had my doubts my favourite couple (Junwon and Iksun) would get enough screen time. but your comment made me believe that the patients´ stories are worth it.
I have watched the first two seasons of the original and they are so good!!! later on the show just became a caricature of itself but I am sure the Korean version is going to be just as entertaining! I remember binge watching the show in two sittings. thanks god for holidays :DI have recently finished Prison Playbook so I am here for Haesoo :D
He really is oddly captivating. He is someone who you would not call handsome right on the spot but he just somehow attracts you and you have no idea what it is but that charisma is just within him. I swear, no matter how small or big his role is, his presence is known. He deserves a good lead role!
one day we will wake up and there will be an episode one. I am sure of it or we´ll all go to Heaven for waiting so patiently. I am really excited for all those steamy scenes that they are hiding because otherwise I seriously have no idea what on Earth they are even doing? the book is so non-problematic in all aspects??? the love is so subtle and yet to strong? but like literally you could avoid any troubles so easily? just get rid off two scenes? it glorifies the Chinese victories, army, monarchy (weeelll, fair enough that is questionable but but) ugh frustrating. this was finished two years ago!!!
I keep annoying everyone to watch the first season :D. this is such a good show aaaaaaaaa. I am just sure the second season is gonna be just as amazing
the three episodes were a bit slow but it soon became one of the best dramas I have seen. everyone has such a story to tell. I cried a river, an ocean and rooted for everyone. I wish there was a special episode where they reunited and I hope the Kid is also alright.
I literally keep begging everyone around me to watch season 1 just because the drama is so good. It is in in my top 3. such amazing acting and the stories make you uncomfortable but they are realistic (which is exactly the reason why you feel uncomfortable), but the acting? EVERYONE is so good in it!!!
