i think the story of soojin's mom is quite interesting. i wish they showed us why she chose to adopt her daughters, instead of having her own. and i wish they showed us why soojin often ray away from home and the abuse she experienced because honestly, I didn't really understand her. She cut contact with her family for 20 years and suddenly, coming back to her mother and then, once she knew that her mother is ill, all of sudden, she looked like she just loves her mother so much 🧐 it's kinda weird for me. and i think this can be ended with maybe 13-14 eps, the 2 eps for me are kinda dragging. and also, i thought this drama would be very very sad, because it's been a long time since i watched melodramas so i wanted to watch one but i only cried once during 1st eps lol it has sad moments thoughout the drama but not too much, at least for me haha but well anyway, it's quite a good drama. the child actress really acted so well!!! i wondered why she's not acting that much now. for me, she and soojin's adoptive mother really stood out in here ^^

ep 9 now and i wish they show us how soojin's childhood was. they only showed us the glimpse of soojin and her biological mother being abused but never really the details about the man and so on. and idek why she hated her adopted mother so much until she didn't contact her at all for 10 years??? i guess she was a bit controlling but all i see is her mother just loved her so much and is quite a good mother tho. i wish they could show us more of soojin's life with her adoptive mother bcs i just don't understand why she hated her so much. it's quite confusing...

finally finished this after a yearrr gsjsgs it's not boring but idk, i probably got distracted and finished many other dramas and i finally decided to continue where i stopped because i wanted to give this a chance lol and this series is quite nice but i'm not a fan of their relationship. i mean sure, they're somewhat cute and has a healthy relationship but it's just because i prefer slowburn more gsjsgs the ml is so fast to like her and vice versa haha so that's why, it's kinda boring to watch their relationship but it's okay since they have good chemistry haha ^^ other characters are so-so, just nice but near the end, there are so many plot twists so it's quite interesting but yeah, a good watch i think. recommended for people who loves mystery series. i give it 8/10 ^^
