Based on ep 18 trailer, it seems the fl is still in the year 2018, who's the female in ep 17 trailer who wake up in the hospital with Mr. Xu?

I believe that the ending scene/part would be year 2025 compared to 2018 but don't know if both worlds are real atm.

Even though the cast are different, they could have use the same name for the characters since it is based on the same writer who wrote the two novels. At first glance it is really confusing for the viewers who have watch ALP.

I wish the drama shows clips of the progression of the disease of SWA (with GYZ supporting her) until the end and not the immediate time skip. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the how the drama ended since it is not an open ending and somewhat the present reality of the disease.
