I was so close to giving this drama 10/10 after finishing it but then I remembered first 3 episodes...
First 3 episodes were so confusing (especially for someone like me, who didn't read anything about this drama before watching it). Script jumps from one character to another, back and forth in time with no easy way of telling what is going on (you need to pay attention). It seems we're watching a horror movie with some scary scenes. After episode 3 though everything changes. The scary ghosts we're supposed to avoid are not so scary anymore, it seems like they're all nice and not hurting anybody at all! The horror is gone and we're in a fantasy drama now. Oh, and we're being told in our face what is going on and each of the characters and their history.
I'm still wandering "did I miss something? What was the purpose of first 3 episodes? The funny part is that I still enjoyed every single episode, even though I think I've watched 2 different dramas merged into one.
In my opinion, the first three episodes are close to 10/10 in the horror genre, while episodes 4–8 are close to 10/10 in the fantasy genre.
However, combining these episodes resulted in a slightly inconsistent drama, which is why it’s not a 10/10 overall for me.
