I liked it. It's one of those old movies where near the end you get a bit confused, then you do some thinking, and when you get it you buy another ticket to watch it again π
Entertaining comedy action movie. Some stunts made by main actors are just crazy (as in most Jackie Chan's movies I guess). They were lucky in some cases.
This movie is unfortunately not even worth joking about Uranus.
It's a Romance that pretends to be a Sci-Fi movie and then spends a lot of time wanting to be a silly Action movie. I also didn't like the acting - especially in the first part where the dialogues are mostly in English.
There is a lot of shouting and abusive behaviour in this movie. And... judging by other dramas and what I've learned about Korean culture so far, I guess it was probably, unfortunately quite realistic in this aspect - at least in 2015. But it's not something that ought to be promoted. It was not a relaxing movie to watch. Only by the end there was some relief (that got spoiled by the very last scene which was supposed to be funny I guess..).
The good side is the message of the responsibility that reporters have and presenting (at least some of) the reality of their struggles.
The first part of the movie was weird and boring - or should I say the art was too abstract for my little brain. The second part was okay, but nothing special.
This drama would get an average score from me if it didn't contain scenes: 1. Where the ML forcibly kisses the…
1. Chinese women tend to leave their kids in the middle of the road or ignore them when they're hit by a car (even if it happens like 10 meters away). 2. If your kid is hit by a car a Chinese doctor will just use stethoscope on your kids' sweater and tell you that it's alright. 3. Don't underestimate Chinese women with chopsticks in their hands.
This drama would get an average score from me if it didn't contain scenes: 1. Where the ML forcibly kisses the FL. 2. Where the FL is drugged and ML despite knowing that still treats her actions as a consent for sex.
It's all about the action - other aspects of this movie were boring for me. The fighting scenes were amazing. This…
1. Keep your notebook with your friends list away from your kids. 2. Always keep some flies in your room - just in case some crazy chick comes by. 3. Don't try fighting like that at home (see end credits scenes)
Only after I finished watching I've read that this movie is based on a real story. Wow! Definitely a movie worth…
I like how the movie makes the viewer curious if Elsa's visions and miracles are really true. And even when she looses faith you can still question if what she said is true and choose not to believe it like the crowd did.
The main question I was asking myself after finishing this movie was: Okay, so what was the intended message? π Anyway this movie felt very realistic (well written characters and very good acting) and I liked it for that.
If you like slice-of-life this should be on your list.

This movie is a thriller but only in one aspect - while watching the fighting scenes it keeps you worried about actors health.
Lessons learned:
Definitely a movie worth watching.
