just finished this a few days ago. what i liked most about this drama is the scene where wen yifan completely cut off her mother from her life. when she said, "just think of me as someone who died that night" i literally got goosebumps. her mother is literally the worst character in this series, argue with the wall.

honestly this is more about wen yifan's life, how it's like living as a woman in modern day, rather than a pure romance drama. although a lot of viewers got turned off over the scenes of her getting harassed by men and ostracized by her colleagues over some dumb rumors, i think it depicts the reality of what a lot of women go through a lot.

overall i think this drama was good, the romance aspect was well done too, it didnt bore me at all.

yeah, it's because LYF spent a lot on marketing so the profit was comparably less whereas TLP had barely any marketing considering 10C didn't even care nor promoted this drama that much while it was airing, only wanted to milk money off it

it's because that other drama will air literally next week lol it's normal for the reservations to go up, while this will only air next year. there's still a long time to go

i was a fan of the webtoon and honestly this drama is far from it, but i find the adaptation really entertaining. it also has less cringey moments compared to most romcoms so that's why i like it

this drama became tolerable again when they finally got together... they're so cute

i think on twitter in general? idk i remember it kinda turned me off from watching this
