Is it true that this is not BL? Im hesitant to watch this.. nothing against about BL dramas but it's not my cup…
Whether this is BL or not is not important nor even the main focus of this drama as it is more on mystery, politics and suspense. There is barely any romance in here. And if the BL may bother you, there are only very subtle hints (due to the censorship) that even some people have no idea this was based off a BL novel in the first place.
