It's been a while since he's been helping her with her taste and it's almost at that time where she can taste again so he got the maid to bring her some sweets because the medicine she's consuming is very bitter and she can taste a bit of that bitterness now because it's slowly coming back. Then you don't know as much as you think you do. There's no such thing as a central Asian look that is a fact. You guys are a mixture between east and west and have a varying range of looks.

You can't say Uyghurs aren't mixed when they can pass as East Asians being that they are technically central Asians. Another example I can think of is the Philippines which is another country that is mixed to hell and Filipinos are racially ambiguous. You can't say that it's the Uyghurs that mixed into the Chinese DNA when it's the Uyghurs that have varying different appearances like the Filipinos.
